Do not book this hotel. The rooms were not cleaned regularly. The toilet in my room had no seat. There was a smell in the bathroom. One night I woke and found a cockroach at the sink. The bathroom is badly designed so the water gathers when you shower. The food was not great at all. Basically a repeat of the same thing everyday. One night they served scrambled eggs, rice and pasta for dinner. They let flies take over the desserts and salads. Most of the staff are nice but some of them are rude. You have to pay for the wifi. I do NOT recommend.

No travel to Cuba is not a safe place all the Hotels belong to the communist party “GAESA” they are the repression machine against their own people every single dollar or euro you spend on any of their Hotels you are contributing for the Cuban people long lasting repression and hunger. Stop supporting the DICTATORSHIP

Hotel is nice, friendly staff, Xavier is extra. If you pay something 20 euros what can you expect for that money. WiFi is like any other place in Cuba, you must buy card. Food is monolite.

Seems like a prison, the rooms are dirty and the staff is very unfriendly.. the food is terrible... we’ve been there because the government of Cuba forced us to move from a casa particular because of the famous virus, but this was a very awful experience... DO NOT GO THERE!!

Nice big hotel, we have been visiting the external patio during the evening to connect to internet. There is a nice open space with a bar and sometimes nice live cuban music. Is located in Nueva Vedado, out from the turistic area of Havana, at that time was most populated from Cuban people. From there to reach the city center you will need to take public trasportations or taxi. It will be about 1h and half wolking. Near by there is to change or withdraw money and an Etcsa shop to buy cards for internet. Not far there is the Zoo and few small shops for food. About 20 mins walking you can reach the plaza de la liberacion.
