The room is very big, almost big enough for a family of four, with 2-3 beds, a balcony, and great bathing facilities. The wifi is not good, and the magnetic card used in the door lock is easily demagnetized when it encounters electronic equipment... The hotel has many conference centers of different sizes, and the staff are professional and efficient, which is suitable for small meetings!

Not bad. I've stayed here several times. The price is good. The only problem is that the wifi needs to be connected once a day.

Hotel is nice, friendly staff, Xavier is extra. If you pay something 20 euros what can you expect for that money. WiFi is like any other place in Cuba, you must buy card. Food is monolite.

Taking into account the situation in Cuba now it is a hotel that is average!! Classics like this become something that remains suspended in time without providing, for one reason and/or the other, a service that lives up to the price!! Furthermore, it is not understood if the shortcomings are only due to the situation in the country or also to the lack of desire of workers accustomed to easy tips!

I liked the outlook of the hotel, it's located in a quiet neighbourhood. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, they helped with taxi booking to the airport. Breakfast was served fresh and very fast. The overall environment was warm and nice

The hotel is very quiet and well located in Vedado, there are interesting places to discover in the surrounding area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, for me the perfect place for my stay in Havana. The rooms are well equipped and in good condition for Cuban standards.

Location is not good for tourism: too far from Habana vieja. Breakfast was ok for a 3 stars hotel. The room was ok too, but we were not sure if hot water was available in the shower. WiFi is paid (50 CUP per 1h session).

It’s good experience drink in the bar with your friends and family, the view is amazing, the food is great, good vibes at night and the people there have been great I love Cuba and I recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit the Havana.

A beautiful hotel with artfully decorated rooms, a wonderful staff, and tasty breakfasts! Each room has an artsy theme with the artwork coordinated - painting and movies for example - and is owned by a famous actress. Close to two delightful restaurants (within walking distance) - one even had live music!! I highly recommend a stay if you visit Havana.

The ARTeHOTEL was a very nice place to stay. The rooms and restrooms were very clean and pleasant. The staff, led by Osvaldo was top notch and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast that we were served was very good. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Havana.
