Just returned from a family holiday we stayed 12 nights.. The kids loved the water park..the staff are amazing a big shout out to Vanessa Pete and all the bar staff who go above and beyond Vanessa works her socks off..Mario our Oliver loved you..just something for management to think about maybe in 40 degree heat the bar staff should wear a lighter colour other than black..fantastic stay would definitely...

We have just returned, 2 adults 2 kids aged 6 and 9. The room was ok, enough space for 4 of us. We were lucky to have a large balcony with 4 sun beds and a small table and chairs. The beds were so uncomfortable, rock hard. We have our beds made daily but the room was only cleaned once on our stay and they changed our bathroom towels just once during our 7 night stay. We went to Narcissos waterpark resort and the start of June for our family holiday. The hotel was nice, clean and spacious. We had a studio room which was comfortable and cleaned daily. The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. The food was very repetitive, the same every day. For this price, you can definitely find a better option. Reception staff was also unhelpful – our request to change the room was met with indifference.

the reception is 5* but you can focus more on the cleaning of the rooms. the maids are taking laud in the morning, probably among themselves and the terrace is not washed. I had to ask at the reception for the shower gel to be filled and that never happened. In a 4* hotel the policy of changing the towels should be more often, I think this was done once in 5 days. It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. It was edible, but I wouldn't say it was truly good

Stayed here on a family holiday in July, the apartments were clean and well maintained. It is about a 25 minute walk to Ayia Napa town with plenty of shops if you choose the main road in or a nice walk along the front. Lots of places to snorkel, as well as other water sports nearby. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We’ve had a lovely stay here. The hotel is a series of little blocks of apartments set amongst beautifully manicured hedges and flowers. we stay at limanaki beach hotel every year, this will be our 4th visit. Food is absolutely amazing, cannot fault it, portions are huge and you have a great selection to choose from. We checked out today after 7 lovely nights at this hotel. We had a room on the 2nd floor with an extra large balcony with sunbeds. The views of the harbour from the room were stunning. Have just returned for our stay at Avanti Village had a wonderful time thank you to the staff and animation team! Always activities during the morning and afternoon! Just back from a fantastic 2-week stay and would definitely recommend Avanti Village, especially for families. The rooms are spacious with generous balcony space, and the beds are by far the comfiest I’ve ever experienced on holiday. Rooms are cleaned five times a week, but we noticed bins were still emptied even on non-cleaning days, which was a nice touch. Fresh towels (and beach towels if needed...

Just back from a great 2 weeks at Avanti Holiday Village. Apartments are a really good size for us (2 adults & 2 children) with towels and bedding changed regularly! Great location, 20mins walk to Beachfront Paphos, and further still to get to the end of the harbour. Brilliant bus service and taxis a plenty for those that don't fancy the walk. We upgraded to B&B whilst we were there, great selection...

The apartment was clean but quite dated, the apartment facilities could also do with updating. The reception staff were consistently helpful. The area was a bit mixed, quite a few closed shops and hotels. There were always sufficient sun loungers (just), the hotel information said towels would be removed on unused loungers, but they never were.

Lovely place to stay for families and couples, nice and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle partying in Ayia Napa but you can catch a bus right outside which takes about 7 mins to get there if you want to. Absolutely recommend this hotel! The staff is super friendly, the facilities are great, and we felt at home during our 18-day stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, and you can cook and do your laundry. Okay place to stay if you are not a picky person. For the price its alright however the rooms are old and dirty and the bathroom stinks and moldy. We are very happy with our 2 weeks here. Yes, the buildings are not in the best of state and having a car is a must, but the rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped and the view is amazing. Also the swimming pool is very clean and we had a great time there.

We went to cyprus to attend a wedding at another hotel but it was out of our budget so booked this. Good price for all inclusive and the photos looked decent. We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well. The only downside are the rooms, where the furniture is oldish but in good shape though.

My experience at this hotel was brilliant! The staff are nice the rooms are a decent size. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Location is good, 150 meters from the seaside. The beach is fine for a quick swim but not the nicest. The walk to the centre is 25 to 30min ( same to bus station if using public transport). Swimming area is small but pleasant. Service is good. I’ve stayed several times at this charming hotel in Limassol. The location is perfect, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the value for money is unbeatable. Truly deserves 5-stars .

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very very clean, staff are brilliant and it's close to everything you need shop and club wise and very close to beach. We stayed at the melini for 11 nights in June. What can I say except BRILLIANT. From when we arrived until we left the girls on reception (Irena and Anna Marie) were always there if we needed anything. The hotel is always spotless, and the cleaning staff are always on the go. The staff here are excellent. The hotel is is only a 3 star but don't let that put you off . The rooms are very clean and huge .Great pool And food and drinks in the snack bar are fine and reasonably priced . We had a great time . Thanks to everyone we met . We will most certainly return .

Everything about this place is functional, it just works. If your looking for somewhere not to expensive but close to all amenities then trust me this is the place. Great WiFi, free air conditioning, plenty of sunbeds and brilliant staff. Don't expect 5 star, expect homely.

Stayed at the Kefalonitis in early June. It seems to be one of the lower priced Paphos hotels with Jet2, but don't let that put you off. It's a really nice self catering hotel. Advertised an indoor pool, jaccuzi, sauna and gym on its website. The pool/ jaccuzi was one of the main reasons why we booked here.
