Charming beachfront hotel with high standards and quality service. The staff are most pleasant and professional from Julia in reception to the courteous gentleman supervising the rich breakfast buffet to the ever smiling Musa and Dina in the lobby lounge.

Lovely hotel, the staff are really helpful and attentive. Really good pool area and lots of sun beds, there is access to swim in the sea via a pontoon. We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Food at the Buffet is good, but steer clear of the Al a Carte Restaurant! Hotel is clean, but looks very dated and is situated in out-of-the-way location. Staff, while polite, can be a bit hot-and-cold. Room, whilst clean, was very dated and I do not think match to the pictures on the website. I won’t be going back.

A great place to stay during January when weather in Paphos is changeable. Rooms very comfy, rooms nice and warm on milder days. Food very good and varied. Staff very welcoming and pleasant.

Beautiful hotel, great service and very clean. Small pool for children is really convenient for families with children. Very close to the beach.

We stayed for two nights. It is definately not a 5 star hotel ... It is a 3 star. The general look and feels seems pretty until you look closer. Our room was OK but the linen and pillows needs replacing. Cleaning staff were very friendly. The reception staff was friendly but very short. Some lifts didn't work and we only trusted the main lifts at the entrance. Restaurant staff was OK ... The meals...

What an amazing hotel! It is absolutely spoless , food is amazing and so much choice for vegetarian , gluten free , kids menu… you name it The hotel is huge and they have everything for families/kids. If you are child free they have child free pool. Inside and outside pool,gym,snack bar, bars outside, playground , kids club, babies club. Entertainment for kids at the evening . Staff are really helpful...

We got married here a few weeks back and it was just amazing from start to finish, Caitlin was a dream and also Cheradine, room was beautiful the pools beautiful albeit a little cold but everything was great food entertainment etc a big group of us went and we had the most fantastic time and already planning October trip back

Our first visit to Cyprus as a couple, the hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The grounds were immaculate and location is a 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants. I would say the most important part were the staff everyone from reception to maintenane were so freindly. 3rd visit in a year the hotel is excellent staff are friendly shocked that they knew what i drank and said welcome back and even knew where i sat in the adults restaurant ,the hotel is clean food excellent and staff go the extra mile, already booked for june 2026 can't wait,last time wad upgraded wow what an experience.

Bad check in experience. The lady at check in must have been having a bad day. I asked if there was any free upgrades, which we’d been given on our last 2 visits. She seemed to object to this and said “You’re already in a sea view room” (which we’d paid for). On our previous visit we’d been upgraded to a delux room. Our package said “With free welcome drink”. The restaurant staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive — a real highlight of my stay. I only wish the reception team were as warm and welcoming, as the first impression truly sets the tone for the entire visit.

We booked a bed & breakfast so never ate a meal in the in-house restaurant.
