Bad check in experience. The lady at check in must have been having a bad day. I asked if there was any free upgrades, which we’d been given on our last 2 visits. The hotel is lovely. It has everything you could want. Nice and peaceful. No pool games or loud music! The food is very sophisticated and well made. Lovely hotel with great facilities. Nice pool and spa. Breakfast and good quality was high. Loved the beach so close. The let down is that staff lack any warmth and welcoming hospitality. For the price you pay you would expect fantastic service.
