The hotel is good, it is an ideal hotel to stay in. The location is very good. It is very beautiful. It is an ideal choice for business trips or family trips. The service of the hotel is also excellent.

I'm from Thailand. It's so nice to stay here. Room was big and clean. Food's amazing. The best thing's lovely and friendly staff. I would love to come back here during summer time.

Thank you for looking after us so well! It’s an easy walk along the seafront to Pafos harbour and there are lots of convenient buses if you want to go up to Coral Bay, Tomb of the Kings and the amazing mosaics at Kato Paphos Archaeological Park 😍

Lovely clean hotel with some great staff. Food was amazing especially the bbq night. It was a 25 min walk to the harbour and well worth a visit to Chloies Chinese restaurant

The staff are most pleasant and professional from Julia in reception to the courteous gentleman supervising the rich breakfast buffet to the ever smiling Musa and Dina in the lobby lounge

Breakfast had a massive selection with everything perfectly prepared. There was an 'egg station' where omelettes, fried eggs etc were all cooked to order and perfect

We stayed for a week in February and had a lovely time. Great staff - especially Eto and Musa

Definetly a must for me,noahs arc is the key for my holiday,the sea,aqua park also the restaurant is stunning. Animation crew is also knew what they were doing straight up professionals

Hotel's rezort is very beautiful, great service, very delicious food of never ended dishes, the best pool ever, very nice beach. The best is tropical garden around the hotel with very proffesional service everywhere

The best time I had at this hotel was at the Sunsun Beach Bar by the seaside it was really enjoyable. İnan is a great guy with a pleasant personality and wonderful conversation

The hotel is excellent, so much nice animators, i left my kids in miniclub so smily girls there And so much positive energy!!! Love this hotel, everything is clean

Barman and see and all are very perfect. Sou si crasy and good barman. Inan is vefy good. Poll is very good. Sea and eati g is very good.

They refused to turn on the AC as they considered it was still cold outside although spring was already there and it was more than 27° at some point. Thankfully they brought us a fan

They do not know how to properly perform a facial cleanse or a massage. The girl who took care of me hurt me and plucked several of my hair while performing the worst scalp massage I’ve ever had

She got it into my eyes and i messed up my eyes for several days afterwards and irritated my skin. The person I was with also had a facial, and it was very disappointing too

Our favourite thing at the hotel was by far the swimming pools, the steam room and sauna. Extremely convenient and relaxing. The spa however, was not worth it at all

It is not only very expensive, even compared to spas in Paris, but also the estheticians are not trained properly. We were very unhappy and it ruined our last days

There isn’t a proper beach but you can access the sea by walking a bit further. Otherwise you need to climb on piles of seaweed and jump straight to the water

These little additions make the experience feel fresh and thoughtful. For example, on the 8th of March every woman received a lovely small gift when entering the restaurant for dinner, which was a very nice surprise

The restaurant offers delicious and varied food, and for special occasions they create lovely touches such as beautifully arranged dinner tables or cocktails

Restaurant: I don't remember their names exactly, but whoever your chef was, he was excellent. Everything we ate was wonderful, congratulations to him

The food and drinks are first class,entertainment also. You couldn't find a better hotel anywhere

As a family living in Antalya and coming from the tourism sector, we understood why the staff were so happy. You exceeded expectations because you are financially stable and it's very clear that you keep your staff happy

I’m starting to think that Suleiman (one of the waiters) might be a mind reader—he always seems to appear at exactly the right moment with exactly what you need. That said, the whole team works incredibly hard

We just stayed one night a few days before Xmas. Lovely entrance and welcome to the hotel. Restaurant very busy and crowded. Food; usual buffet style, I wouldn’t say there was a wide choice but what we had was tasty

The restaurants were all open however it was hard to get a reservation even though we had a silver band VIP status. One evening we were told the reservation time had changed to way to late for us to eat

So it was back to the buffet which was not great quality and it sorely lacked any seafood at all. There was one type of fish fillet they served a few times. We enjoyed the Greek restaurant once

When we said we didn't drink alcohol they basically replied, you can have 7Up or Coke, those types of things. Also, the juices are not fresh nor pure. Never been to a resort that didn't have crushed ice

The suite was spacious, had a nice espresso maker, fruit upon arrival, good bed, linens OK. Maria at the pool area was a gem and offered wonderful service. The pool was huge and never overcrowded

His positive energy and great cocktails were unforgettable! Thank you to everyone at Leonardo & Laura Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family

We also loved the beach, the pools, and the water park – a perfect choice for families with children. The entertainment team also did a fantastic job creating a fun and cheerful atmosphere throughout our stay

We spent a wonderful week at the Leonardo Laura Beach Hotel. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the food was delicious and varied. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help

Everything was great. Second visit and this one was way better because people from certain country were very few in comparison with first time. A lot of food but medium quality. Good service.

There are lots of drink options and wonderful cocktails, which adds to the holiday spirit. Overall, it’s the perfect place for a holiday, and that’s why we return every year. Looking forward to the next visit!

The only bad thing is that the workers at the kids zone are not the best and while they do have nanny service for babies it is priced at $30/hour, which is a little high, but nothing is perfect in this world

Merit Poker provided me with the best possible experience you can have in Cyprus as a poker player. The service is unparalleled and if you are a poker player visiting Cyprus this is your spot

We are coming to Merit Crystal every year as a family of four, and it always ends great. Some of the rooms are a little old and could use a refurbishment, but that’s really the only downside

It is the only poker room that does NOT allow smoking and the only one where games start as early as 230-330 pm. All my requests were met or exceeded such as baby car seat or room change

The food is always excellent – plenty of choice, fresh, and great quality. The service is top-notch, with staff who make you feel welcome and well taken care of throughout your stay

Had a great meal in Aroma Restaurant Mare Ayia Napa. Hamid was extremely helpful. I follow a strict GF diet and the team were v helpful and accommodated me very well. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The Mediterranean restaurant was first class and the food was incredible

Other than the fact that we were told by our tour agent that the swim bungalows were adults only, this hotel is second to none. We come to cyprus several times a year and can safely put this in our top 3 hotels

Our room was clean could not have asked for better. There is a lady at,Reception called Nahmeih she went over and beyond for myself and my Daughter. We will definitely be visiting again especially this Hotel

All were absolutely beautiful The swim up bungalows with fully luxury amenities and vibes top location calm atmosphere and the food in the dining and in the restaurants was high quality with many options We definitely visit again Mare!

Each day there was always a variety of different activities. Kelly who i have know for four years was always really kind and caring towards all of the children without regards to there age

Miguel is also very funny and has a really nice personality who enjoys his job and helping out. And Mirka also helps out to add to the enjoyment of the fun

This was my very first time visiting Cyprus, and what an amazing experience it has been! I stayed for 7 days on an all-inclusive 5-star holiday, and everything exceeded my expectations

Upon arrival to our room from being taken by a golf buggy there was champagne and fruit on the side and the most beautiful swan towels and roses set up on the bed

The food in the buffet and Al a carte restaurants was delicious, with so many choices and fantastic staff which were all very happy to serve and help with whatever we needed

If you are child free they have child free pool. Inside and outside pool,gym,snack bar, bars outside, playground , kids club, babies club. Entertainment for kids at the evening. Staff are really helpful and so nice

There’s a shop attached to the hotel with everything you could think of. Perfect location , beach is just crossed the road with the best bars. We did not notice any noise during the night and felt really safe

What an amazing hotel! It is absolutely spoless , food is amazing and so much choice for vegetarian , gluten free , kids menu… you name it The hotel is huge and they have everything for families/kids

Our first visit to Cyprus as a couple, the hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The grounds were immaculate and location is a 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants

3rd visit in a year the hotel is excellent staff are friendly shocked that they knew what i drank and said welcome back and even knew where i sat in the adults restaurant ,the hotel is clean food excellent and staff go the extra mile, already booked for june 2026 can't wait,last time wad upgraded wow what an experience

Everything was really perfect but can only give 4 stars because of the food which was very average, and not really tasty (except in the specialty restaurants at night where it is much better, yet still not on par with other hotels in Cyprus (we stayed in 3 and could compare))

The food is amazing for an all inclusive, selection of drinks is also brilliant. The pool set up and being allocated sun beds is genius if people book and actually use them. Half of them are taken and never sat on

The hotel is lovely but so boring,no proper entertainment outside in the evenings for families. food as fantastic but just warm, drinks at pool not good but at the hotel bar inside they are good

The moaning when I took some nuggets and chips to my small granddaughter of 3 up to her room as she was hungry and getting ready fir bed was ridiculous

I was threatened with the manager as they want to take it up and charge u 3 euros

If they up the quality of the food, then this hotel would be a hit

The animation team of Martin, Lucas and Alex always had some great activities to get involved with, very friendly. We loved the volleyball!! Definitely made the trip a greater experience for us!

Although it was only a one night stay, we really enjoyed our time at St. Raphael’s. We have stayed here many times, never had anything but great service. Highly recommend St.Raphael’s.

Quite a lot of food options for kids. Bring your own tea bags as the tea served is very low quality. What let the hotel down was the lack of children’s activities compared to other similar hotels in the area

The hotel has an impressive lobby and grounds including a beach, with welcoming staff to greet and support you during your stay. The rooms, in particular the bathroom, are dated e. plastic shower curtains but clean

Good room, spacious and fairly clean. I asked for a dream box as the tv tuner didn’t seem to work. Balcony in room 122 was probably the smallest I’d seen

This is without doubt the best all inclusive we've stayed in. We chose this hotel for its vegan options. The beach front Seashells restaurant is fully plant based and we ate there daily

First time at this fantastic hotel & won't be the last. The food was excellent & such a great choice. I'm a fussy eater but always found something. The eggs & omelette at breakfast were cooked to perfection

First time at the Louis Phaethon and won't be the last ! Located and the very edge or the main ***** of 'big' hotels and right next to St Nicolas church and sunset point (Which is a must for a sunset of two) But there is a bus stop right outside and you are in the harbour area in 10 mins and for only 2 Euro

And the follow up from the hotel manager Mr Rudi was excellent, he is a friendly guy and will happily have a short (Or Long!) chat about anything and everything with the guests and is very amenable and approachable

and is a credit to the Louis brand. We had a sea view and the room was everything that had been advertised, more than large enough for the time you spend in there and was kept clean daily par one

Food choices were brilliant both a la carte restaurants were great and we had two coeliacs in our group - they provided great gluten free options including pasta dishes and pizza along with good labelling in the buffet and they made gluten free pancakes freshly each morning! The location is perfect, if you are half-board you can easily go on a bus and buy groceries or go to restaurants, lot of good restaurants in the area fir example "Limani restaurant"

Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing

Drinks - wide variety to choose from, including cocktails, so you'll always find something to drink

The bar has plenty of choices, cocktails were great. Rooms were being refurbished this winter and I can't wait to go back and see!!

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady

The rooftop restaurant is well worth a visit, you can use this free once during a weeks stay. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. If you miss breakfast or don't want to use the restaurant at lunchtime there is a snackbar

The chefs work so hard to provide great tasty food. At breakfast you can have an omelette freshly cooked which are always lovely. A big shout out to Mr Mario, Ali and George and the rest of the restaurant staff

Gino and his team were brilliant and we saw some good new acts too. The food is always fantastic with so many different choices. The desserts are especially good (if you have a sweet tooth like me)

We did have a couple of small issues once, but as soon as we let reception know, these were quickly sorted. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. Housekeeping always greet us with a big smile

The hotel is well situated and close to shops, the harbour and bars. The beach is just across the road. We've stayed in many different rooms over the years and they have always been great

Lord’s Palace Sky Lounge is my favorite place in Kyrenia. I visit this restaurant a few times a year with my friends. The service is very good and the waiters are friendly

Kaan, the guest experience team, the entire pool crew on the pier, and everyone in the main restaurant — they were all fantastic

The building is modern and the atmosphere is amazing with a beautiful sea view. The menu has many delicious foods and drinks. My favorite food is desserts and snacks

The Abalone restaurant is outstanding! My first visit to Cyprus since I was a child and if I came back again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

Cleaners did a fantastic job throughout the hotel. (They cleaned none stop morning till night working really hard) Lovely modern decor and design. Breakfast as expected from a buffet style breakfast

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7 We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay) The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights...

The evening entertainment was hit and miss. The drinks are watered down quite a lot ( even soft drinks)

The hotel is different to what the norm is with it being laid out in small blocks which I found really nice but my wife likes the traditional hotel layout. She did enjoy her stay though and grew to the idea

The reception staff are the biggest let down of the whole experience- we asked for a late check ( and pay for it) out as our flight was an evening one to be told point blank no even though online I could book a room

a nice hotel with good food and friendly staff nice rooms but a bit noisy air conditioner. lots of activities for guests from morning to late evening. I haven't found anything to complain about

Food, staff and entertainment were all really good. Room was a little tired but still kept nice and clean. It could have done with a bit more storage for clothes etc

The location is not as bad as some reviews state, just walk a little further and you come across plenty of bars. A 15 minute bus ride takes you straight into Limassol, well worth the 2€

All staff, reception, restaurant and bar staff are all friendly, attentive and approachable. We can’t wait to return sometime in the future! Again massive thanks to all staff and the entertainment crew!!!

Food at the Buffet is good, but steer clear of the Al a Carte Restaurant! Hotel is clean, but looks very dated and is situated in out-of-the-way location. Staff, while polite, can be a bit hot-and-cold
