Villas in Kouklia

Rooms spacious, comfortable. Two rooms en suite and the other 2 bedrooms were shared bathrooms. Very cute villa, old style housing. Very nice location and quiet. Great location so you could also visit nearby villages. The villa need some upkeeping however. The walls, toilets, minor things that could improve. There is also a supermarket down the road which is very convenient.

Gorgeous home and property with all the amenities one could ask for. We requested the maid and chef service. Top tier!

Fantastic stay at a beautiful villa. It’s a stunning property with everything you need and very well located for wine country in the Cypriot foothills. The hosts are fantastic and communication was excellent. The process was seamless and we will certainly be back!

The house is a bit dated, but everything is OK for the price. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the cleaning was done after just one week. Unfortunately, we had a burst water pipe on December 25th, and no one was available immediately. It took a few hours, but we were able to stop most of it ourselves, and it was repaired the next day. A great place for vacation, a large house, well-equipped. Close to restaurants, shops and the beautiful Coral Beach. Large swimming pool with hot water. Air conditioning in all rooms. The house looks better live than in the photos. Very good contact with the nice and helpful Michelle. I recommend it to everyone.!!!!

Nice villa great location as it is walking distance to the coral bay strip that has all the restaurants and bars. It is also only a short drive to the mall and the harbour. The company that manages the property is great and they are always there to help.

Expensive for what it offers. Very good location, near amenities and restaurants. Unfortunately the villa is old and its owners seem to neglect it. The a/c split units in some rooms are very old, cranky, making alot of noises. One of the en-suite bathrooms has no window and it smells sewage. A nice 4 bed villa with a pool and lots of outside space - Great for families. A central location just off the main Coral Bay Avenue, offering convenience but with a little added noise. Generally well appointed though it would score more highly if it had a dishwasher and a few more electrical sockets!

Coral Bay Villas were very nice, near the beach, great see views and within walking distance of the Coral Bay Main Road, the strip. It is quite at the villas at nightime, just the sound of the sea. Villas are very modern but ants can appear anywhere in the house. Most of the feral cats in the area are friendly and only scratch you if you provoke them.

Lovely villa and easy walking distance to the strip of bars and restaurants but far enough away so that background noise isn't a problem. Well maintained too, any small problems sorted out immediately, with regular visits by house keepers and villa manager.

These villas are really nice carnt fault a thing tbh. The only problem we had was ants in the kitchen not loads of them but if you dont clean up after making food or wash up they do appear for the bits that are left about. Edit... just got the pizza hut box out the oven from last which we thought would be safe from the ants.... wrong was a load of them in the box!

We had three bedroom villia , we enjoyed our stay and we are booked to go back next year. However the villia started to look dated the sofas are very uncomfortable to sit on.

We spent 5 nights in this beautifully restored mansion in Neo Chorio and it honestly felt like living in a museum of Cypriot tradition! Fabulous accommodation, stunning location in the village of Neo Chorio, plenty of lovely walks a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Our hosts are the sweetest family ever, their house is a perfect mix of tradition, modern and style. Having a morning coffee on the terrace and you could enjoy a view most poetic. Come visit this area in Winter. It’s not cold, very sunny most of the time and almost no tourists. This house is heated perfectly and we didn’t feel cold inside.

Amazing place! Combined old charm but also new renovated and very comfortable. It have comfortable new kitchen, fireplace, 2 stories, and view from the pool. Highly recommend!!
