In the center of the apartment complex is an area with swimming pools and well-maintained gardens. What can I tell you about the apartment, we stayed in one with two bedrooms and a living room, enough space for 4 people, two adults and two teenagers. The living room also includes a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker. For heating we used air conditioning, each room having such equipment. The apartment also has a generous terrace with an exit from the living room. One thing to mention, there are cats on the terrace who are very comfortable on the terrace chairs. Being cat lovers, we bought them food to enjoy their presence. All in all it was a positive experience, the apartment is big and comfortable and quite quiet. Probably in the summer, during the season, the area is quite lively due to the swimming pools.
Unfortunately, our stay at Limnaria Gardens Unit #104, Block D was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the apartment in an unacceptable state: dust covered much of the space, the bathroom was unclean, and the linens had a strong, unpleasant odour. It was immediately clear that the unit had not been properly maintained, which was incredibly disheartening.
We contacted the property manager, who only replaced the pillows, not the linens—but not without an unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. When we requested a full cleaning of the unit, a cleaning staff member eventually arrived, also displaying a poor attitude. She insisted the apartment had been cleaned eight days prior and dismissed the visible dust as normal for Cyprus. While we understand environmental factors can play a role, an uncleaned unit for over a week—especially before new guests arrive—is simply not acceptable.
To make matters worse, when we inquired about the cancellation policy, the cleaner refused to clean the apartment further, assuming we intended to cancel the booking (we had not yet made that decision). She then left without completing any cleaning.
We later contacted the booking agency to express our concerns, but they dismissed the situation entirely, only acknowledging the issue with the linens and siding with the property management without addressing our full experience.
It’s truly unfortunate because the complex itself is attractive and has potential. However, the management team's lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills left us feeling unwelcome. Ultimately, we left the unit three days before our scheduled checkout.
I feel it’s important to share our experience across review platforms to help others make informed decisions and hopefully encourage improvements in how this property is managed.

My Response:
I truly wish I had recorded this encounter, as the cleaning lady was immediately rude and defensive upon arrival. She showed no intention of cleaning the apartment and repeatedly stated, "Since you're going to cancel, I’ll leave—I have other rooms to clean." She removed the dirty linens, threw them on the ground next to the front door, and left. Her behaviour was unprofessional and dismissive from the start. Also referring to the cleaning as having occurred 'a few days ago' is misleading— the manager said it was cleaned eight days ago. This highlights poor organization by the building management. Acknowledging that the apartment was cleaned over a week ago and still refusing to clean it again is completely unacceptable.

"The guests staying in the apartment for the full duration of their stay and on leaving left the apartment in a terrible state and we received photos from the cleaner of this."
My Response:
This statement is factually incorrect. We had the apartment booked until May 8, but we left on May 5 (I have a signed rental agreement to confirm this). We contacted Limnaria Gardens to request a cancellation, which was denied. As a result, we secured a new place and left early.
Regarding the claim that we left the apartment in a terrible state: this is simply false. We purchased cleaning supplies and maintained the apartment ourselves during our stay. The only possible mess would have been the dirty linens that the cleaner herself left on the ground. We left the apartment in far better condition when we left than when we arrived.
Finally, Limnaria Gardens’ response to my review is yet another example of them siding with management, accepting their version of events without question, and portraying them as victims. This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in the hospitality industry.

Nice outside space with table and chairs sun loungers are a little old could do with updating otherwise excellent great holiday location.

Pool was a highlight. Never busy with designated loungers. Lots of information in the accommodation but could have done with being updated, particularly as the air con had a different remote and it took most of the holiday, and a few hours on YouTube to work it out.
Would happily come again.
I was here with the possibility to buy , and Leptos was recommended, but you really need to Vet your private landlord tennants more. I would not recommend staying in Block E to anyone...
