Coral Bay Villas in Peyia

Coral Bay Villas were very nice, near the beach, great see views and within walking distance of the Coral Bay Main Road, the strip. It is quite at the villas at nightime, just the sound of the sea.
As I said one is within walking distance of the strip, so one is well served with restaurants, bars, car rental, pharmacy and obviously souvenir and holiday requirements shops.
From April onwards the summer weather starts, so if you like it about 20 degrees come at start or end, October and it is busy during high summer and gets up to over 30 degrees. There are some good restaurants and all tastes and price ranges are catered for.
At the villas, is you typical holiday home, it is clean, bright, safety railing along stairs and stair gate top and bottom. There's a car parking space outside especially for each villa. At the far side of the villa is the sea view from your patio area, which is nice and private. All supplies needed for showering and washing clothes are provided, no tumble dryer, the warm air and breeze does the trick on the clothes horse, adequate fridge to keep water or cold drinks cold.
I have enjoyed my stay here in one of the villas. Georgios and Marilia are thoughtful hosts and helpful with any queries.

Villas are very modern but ants can appear anywhere in the house. Most of the feral cats in the area are friendly and only scratch you if you provoke them.

Lovely villa and easy walking distance to the strip of bars and restaurants but far enough away so that background noise isn't a problem. Well maintained too, any small problems sorted out immediately, with regular visits by house keepers and villa manager.

These villas are really nice carnt fault a thing tbh. The only problem we had was ants in the kitchen not loads of them but if you dont clean up after making food or wash up they do appear for the bits that are left about. Edit... just got the pizza hut box out the oven from last which we thought would be safe from the ants.... wrong was a load of them in the box!
