The hotel is in a good location. The room is small but clean.

I stayed two nights in this hotel on my business trip and was very satisfied. The room was clean and light, bet comfortable and breakfast rich and delicious. I very much appreciated friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the historical centre which made my stay even more enjoyable. I can truly recommend.

The hotel seemed recently renovated and was very clean. However, the glass door handle of the shower was missing, leaving a hole through which water splashed outside during showers. I informed the front desk about this issue when I checked out today.

Well-located hotel close to the center, solid 3 stars, own spacious parking lot for a small fee of 100 crowns. Tasty breakfast, very good staff. I definitely recommend it.

This place feels like a large hotel but in fact its part of a large building also home to offices. The hotel reception is situated inside something that resembles an old-fashioned bank teller....more security than a warm hello! I had an apartment that was huge, clean, and tidy, although looked and felt a little dated. The location is good, next to the cathedral and quite central.

Hotel was in a quiet but central location with good transport links on the doorstep. I found that there were no issues with the self check-in but I did meet other guests who did. Make sure the hotel has your correct phone number and international dialling code and you'll be fine. Breakfast was basic but everything I needed. The mini kitchen and fridge in the room were a big bonus. Thoroughly recommend

Very clean and convenient for the train station and the old town. Room small but has lots of amenities for self catering. Bathroom and shower small and dimly lit, but everything works. No reception desk which was fine except JustIn key was sent a bit late , which had me concerned. But would stay there again.

Nice hotel close to the train station. The rooms are clean and the receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful, and speaks English. It’s next door to a grocery store, which is quite convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a really wonderful hotel with a wonderful restaurant downstairs. Parking is free. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Close to the train station and not too far from the centre. We spent a night and we were very satisfied with everything there. The room was spacious and very clean, the beds were very comfortable... Not a single thing to complain about. We even checked in way before the time that was specified, which was great. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic, but it had a bit of everything: coffee, juice, pastries...

Had a great time here, nice clean place, friendly staff, good food and beer. If you're coming to Olomouc you could do worse than stay here, also English speaking staff

Nice, clean hotel. Good place to stay. Discount coupon for dinner is nice touch. However the service in the restaurant is so slow, that we considered to go somewhere else every single time. Maybe that's why they give you that discount coupon - to stop you from leaving.

Checking in was supposed to be self service. The hotel sent me instructions via booking.com but the terminal took two minutes to try and locate my reservation but timed out. I followed the instructions near the terminal and phoned the Theatre Hotel a couple of minutes away. Wasn't exactly a friendly voice and got told to come over and check in manually. A disappointing start to the stay. Not a city...

Room was standart of what you'd expect. Had a bit of trouble checkin-in, but help number lady was nice and swift, resolved without issue. Location is a bit far from center, especially if on foot.

New hotel but poorly managed I stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean the place. The air conditioner was broken and the curtains were torn. The bed was comfortable and they provided bottled water, which was nice. However, it seemed like the facilities were not properly managed. Takes awhile to check in with the machine

Quite basic, but includes everything necessary for a short stay. Disturbing noises during night caused probably by ventilation. Quite unattractive area / surroundings at a busy junction next to a public parking lot, but otherwise located in residential low rise neighbourhood, certainly not a city environment. If you are looking for a cheap hotel in Olomouc, this is your best option. Close to train and bus station. Tram stop in front of it. Check in with kiosk is a pain, but there is always someone on the phone who can help you.

rooms are big enoug, quiet and with good internet connection. Restaurant is nothing special, in Olomuc there are much bette (and cheaper). Typical hotel for business travels, not for holiday. Level of english is not so hig, acceptable. Breakfast is good enoug, big parking

Excelent customer service. Nice clean Rooms. Hotel is with secured car parking. What a beautiful place. Nice grounds for taking photos. This would be perfect for Weddinds/Birthadys/Business events. I highly recomand this place.

Convenient location along the route from skiing back to Poland. A room was clean and ok, but unfortunately the mattress was a bit dated.

The hotel is good for the price. Everything was clean and the beds are comfortable. The only downside is very limited menu in the hotel restaurant, there are no meals for vegetarians! Also there were no drink menu available. The Tesla destination was working and charging with the speed of 7 kW.

The location is remote, but the price is reasonable compared to hotels in the city. The money saved can be used for taxis and there is still some leftover. The quality of the network connection is very poor and I can’t connect to the Internet.

Food , value for money, service so..so..

Pretty dated hotel located quite far from the city centre. There is nothing around this hotel except one big plant corporation, so it's really quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly and breakfast was decent.

I had a terrible time trying to book my train ticket to Prague, because the Regiojet website was not working. The young woman on the front desk--I wish I had gotten her name--absolutely bent over backwards to help me, and in fact I was able to book the ticket with her help.

Conti hotel was the far best so far this European trip.

Reception ladies were so kind and helpful, rooms were luxury and service was good.

What a lovely place to stay at! A little hotel by the local zoo and forest, where in the morning chirping birds wake you up. A great place for a break in your long trip. Breakfast was decent and satisfying. The room was small, but clean and quite cozy. They even waited up for us to arrive until 1am in the morning. Awesome service :)
