Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this one is the most well-equipped and excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed, luxurious, and clean. The staff are also very friendly. I'd love to visit again if I have the chance. Unfortunately, the only photos I could take of the hotel are of the indoor tennis court visible from the window.

The rooms are good, meeting 4-star standards. The windows are soundproof, so you can't hear anything from the street. You can sleep well at night. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, but they could clean the limescale from the shower glass. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a safe were available. The breakfast was good, but the selection was average and most things disappeared quickly and were not replenished. What we missed were bedside tables.

Hotel was in a quiet but central location with good transport links on the doorstep. I found that there were no issues with the self check-in but I did meet other guests who did. Make sure the hotel has your correct phone number and international dialling code and you'll be fine. Breakfast was basic but everything I needed. Very clean and convenient for the train station and the old town. Room small but has lots of amenities for self catering. Bathroom and shower small and dimly lit, but everything works. No reception desk which was fine except JustIn key was sent a bit late , which had me concerned. But would stay there again.

It was my first time at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly, the assigned parking was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant on the other hand was a disappointment. As a hotel guest who arrived in the evening at dinner time, I had no choice of any food. The restaurant was full and they had no a la cart choices, only tasting menu! Really great hotel. Excellent room furniture and equipment - the designer did a great job. Great breakfast - be careful with coffee - is stronger than standard. The price level is at higher range for Olomouc city. There is spa and massages as well but didn't have time to enjoy it.

Checking in was supposed to be self service. The hotel sent me instructions via booking.com but the terminal took two minutes to try and locate my reservation but timed out. I followed the instructions near the terminal and phoned the Theatre Hotel a couple of minutes away. Wasn't exactly a friendly voice and got told to come over and check in manually. If you are looking for a cheap hotel in Olomouc, this is your best option. Close to train and bus station. Tram stop in front of it. Check in with kiosk is a pain, but there is always someone on the phone who can help you.

I’m absolutely delighted with this place. The pension is located in a well-maintained historic building. The rooms are very clean, with a comfortable mattress, and the bed linen and towels are fresh, fragrant, and in perfect condition. The reception staff were very kind and professional. We had a wonderful stay here while on a biking trip. We arrived late, but the gentlemen at the reception had already made flexible arrangements for us to check in without a hitch. The room was excellent, and breakfast on the terrace in the morning was perfect. The location is unbeatable.
