Excellent stay. Perfectly clean room, exceptionally comfortable beds, wide breakfast selection, friendly staff, spacious parking. The food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty.

Good location, great breakfast. The only negative thing, there is a spa facility but its a separate company so even just to use the pool you need to do reseevations.

Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this one is the most well-equipped and excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed, luxurious, and clean. The staff are also very friendly. I'd love to visit again if I have the chance. Unfortunately, the only photos I could take of the hotel are of the indoor tennis court visible from the window.

It was my first time at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly, the assigned parking was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant on the other hand was a disappointment. As a hotel guest who arrived in the evening at dinner time, I had no choice of any food. The restaurant was full and they had no a la cart choices, only tasting menu! Checking in was supposed to be self service. The hotel sent me instructions via booking.com but the terminal took two minutes to try and locate my reservation but timed out. I followed the instructions near the terminal and phoned the Theatre Hotel a couple of minutes away. Wasn't exactly a friendly voice and got told to come over and check in manually. Room was standart of what you'd expect. Had a bit of trouble checkin-in, but help number lady was nice and swift, resolved without issue. Location is a bit far from center, especially if on foot.

New hotel but poorly managed I stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean the place. The air conditioner was broken and the curtains were torn. The bed was comfortable and they provided bottled water, which was nice. However, it seemed like the facilities were not properly managed. Quite basic, but includes everything necessary for a short stay. Disturbing noises during night caused probably by ventilation. Very clean and convenient for the train station and the old town. Room small but has lots of amenities for self catering. Bathroom and shower small and dimly lit, but everything works. No reception desk which was fine except JustIn key was sent a bit late , which had me concerned. But would stay there again.

Very clean, great service and amazing value for the price.

Room was spacious, very clean and tindy, just like home with all the amenities provided, we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel has an excellent location and convenient parking, but there's an extra charge! It's just a few minutes' walk from the square, and restaurants and shopping malls are nearby. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are outdated.

I’m absolutely delighted with this place. The pension is located in a well-maintained historic building. The rooms are very clean, with a comfortable mattress, and the bed linen and towels are fresh, fragrant, and in perfect condition. The reception staff were very kind and professional. Breakfasts were wonderful. It’s definitely a place worth recommending, and I’ve already saved it for my future stays

We had a wonderful stay here while on a biking trip. We arrived late, but the gentlemen at the reception had already made flexible arrangements for us to check in without a hitch. The room was excellent, and breakfast on the terrace in the morning was perfect. The location is unbeatable.
