Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this one is the most well-equipped and excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed, luxurious, and clean. The staff are also very friendly. I'd love to visit again if I have the chance. Unfortunately, the only photos I could take of the hotel are of the indoor tennis court visible from the window.

Cleanliness, good location, amenities, friendly staff, nice breakfast

Good location, great breakfast. The only negative thing, there is a spa facility but its a separate company so even just to use the pool you need to do reseevations.

Decent place. When we first checked in, the windows in our rooms had been left open which led to the rooms being filled with bugs, hundreds of them. Fortunately, the staff were accommodating, and provided us with new, upgraded rooms which were completely clean. Rooms are quite small and the AC units blow directly in your face when you’re in bed. The rooms are good, meeting 4-star standards. The windows are soundproof, so you can't hear anything from the street. You can sleep well at night. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The location is right next to the main train station, not in the city center. A very good choice for people who travel a lot by train. The room was clean, but they could clean the limescale from the shower glass. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a safe were available. The breakfast was good, but the selection was average and most things disappeared quickly and were not replenished. What we missed were bedside tables.

Theresian is very old world boutique hotel with nice amenities and good location. The only thing missing is maid service of toilet (towel exchange only).

It was my first time at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly, the assigned parking was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant on the other hand was a disappointment. As a hotel guest who arrived in the evening at dinner time, I had no choice of any food. The restaurant was full and they had no a la cart choices, only tasting menu! There are no other restaurants to go to in walking...

Really great hotel. Excellent room furniture and equipment - the designer did a great job. Great breakfast - be careful with coffee - is stronger than standard. The price level is at higher range for Olomouc city. There is spa and massages as well but didn't have time to enjoy it.

Excellent value for money. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. There's a free gym, the rooms are nicely decorated, they even provide small candies, and there's a coffee machine in the room.

What a lovely place to stay at! A little hotel by the local zoo and forest, where in the morning chirping birds wake you up. A great place for a break in your long trip. Hotel was in a quiet but central location with good transport links on the doorstep. I found that there were no issues with the self check-in but I did meet other guests who did. Make sure the hotel has your correct phone number and international dialling code and you'll be fine. Breakfast was basic but everything I needed. The mini kitchen and fridge in the room were a big bonus. Thoroughly recommend

Very clean and convenient for the train station and the old town. Room small but has lots of amenities for self catering. Bathroom and shower small and dimly lit, but everything works. No reception desk which was fine except JustIn key was sent a bit late , which had me concerned. But would stay there again.

This place feels like a large hotel but in fact its part of a large building also home to offices. The hotel reception is situated inside something that resembles an old-fashioned bank teller....more security than a warm hello! I had an apartment that was huge, clean, and tidy, although looked and felt a little dated. The location is good, next to the cathedral and quite central.

Close to the train station and not too far from the centre. We spent a night and we were very satisfied with everything there. The room was spacious and very clean, the beds were very comfortable... Not a single thing to complain about. We even checked in way before the time that was specified, which was great. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic, but it had a bit of everything: coffee, juice, pastries...

Had a great time here, nice clean place, friendly staff, good food and beer. If you're coming to Olomouc you could do worse than stay here, also English speaking staff

Nice, clean hotel. Good place to stay. Discount coupon for dinner is nice touch. However the service in the restaurant is so slow, that we considered to go somewhere else every single time. Maybe that's why they give you that discount coupon - to stop you from leaving.
