The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and staff was helpful and friendly. Having a buffet breakfast made and easy and quick start to our day. Room was clean and had nice little amenities. Hotel was an easy flat 15-20 walk from the bus and train stations. The town square was around the corner and also an easy quick walk.

Pleasant hotel, pleasant staff, good breakfast, but with minor shortcomings (e.g. bedside table drawer not tidy - old paper, shower handle leaking, some kind of shelf/cabinet in the toilet/bathroom would be welcome, windows not the best... you can tell the age of the hotel...). Well, anyway, this may be my choice again on my next visit to ČB.

Located just a few steps from the central square, this hotel was great value. Everything was very good, with the only slight negative being initially overcharged for parking two motorcycles. We’d happily visit again!

God service og hyggelig personal. Midt i sentrum. MEN kirkeklokkene plinger hvert kvarter, gjennom hele natta... i flere kirker....

It's average. I don't think it's very good, and the breakfast is average. The room is too old. No soundproofing, smell, not a good experience, the front desk is nice, nothing else to say

Good, but not as in the site presentation. Location close to the old town as a major plus. Room clean and spacious, bathroom with less facilities than expected. Room refrigerator. Breakfast very poor, no fruits, just cheese and meats (salami and ham), staff's choice ready on a small plate. Coffee was excellent and at will.

comfortable lodging; central; basic breakfast in tiny corner. Perfect for city visit or as central base for regional exploration. Good variety of restaurants, bars; nice city with lots of culture and activities, equally an important river to be explored. reception not available until 7:45, no problem for most, but an issue for early travelers.

The promised ***+ is more then the reality. The breakfast was poor the Orange Juice was watered, the heating was terrible. I had to air release it. Thanks to official swiss army knife.

Perfect location but don't listen to Google Maps it takes you in the wrong direktirection of the one way road.

Good: Large rooms, friendly staff and very helpful too. Excellent location. Bad: Wifi is a bit hit-and-miss and the rooms are very hot, even with the window wide open.

we had a totally pleasant stay. Total nice staff .... although we language not sprechen.Hotel comfort really good. Location great right on the pedestrian street in the old town. We found it really nice fit everything. Holidays to decelerate ..... Breakfast is fully in order

A good place to serve as a base to visit the city, at an affordable price. Wifi with poor signal, poor transfer rate.

I really liked the opportunity to have breakfast on the terrace.

Booked the hotel and arrived later than expected…about 7:15 pm. This is a one person “3” star hotel and this person leaves between 8:30 and 9 pm. You have to pull onto curb to unload luggage and parking is several blocks away. The hotel person made a pont of saying 3-star hotels don’t have to have someone there during the night, but when pressed said the owner lived there and could be reached...

Pretty good! Clean! Perfect good rest. Breakfast space pretty tiny, and difficult access, but charming. Correct prices.

Warm welcome. Stayed during a bike trip. Rooms à little old fashioned however quiet and clean. I recommend

Good experience for our needs. We rested for a couple of days on our way to Spain by car. The owner was very nice and helpful in showing us everything.

Good for value. Quiet and cozy. No elevator. Friendly and helpful owner, flexible check-in time.

Nice place, amazing owner and a fee from the police of 300 czk for parking 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Nice-looking restaurant with friendly service. The food was delicious and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing place with wonderful food (sea food, tapas, paella, meat, salads). The best Spanish restaurant in Czech Rep. The place is cozy and great for having some dinner with friends. Totally recommend to everyone.

Amazing food from quality ingredients. Pleasant, small and cozy place. But the best part was the waitress, smiling and conversating with us, we felt really welcomed. I will go there again once I am in České Budějovice!

Great food, ambiance. One of the best in Jihocesky, pity that they’re closing down due to Covid. Wish all the best to chef Radek and his family.

A very cozy, small, authentic hotel. We were unfortunately only here for a night, but felt very welcome and comfortable here. The room was a good size for the two of us, with a massive bed. Great location. Can easily walk from the train station or bus station. Old building that has been updated to modern comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was good with option to choose cooked to order items.

Restaurant review: This place has both a butique hotel, as well as a restaurant. This review is about the restaurant. Overall, the level nearly reaches a top fine dining restaurant, but less formal. We tried many courses, all were outstanding (recommended: the rabbit as a starter, main course: the deer and the veal cheak). They even prepared an extra simple meal for our daughter.
