The coffee maker at breakfast is inconveniently placed, everything around it is sticky. The orange juice at breakfast was sour, the staff claimed that it was because it was so fresh :-), then they tasted it and poured it out...
The receptionists are, as always, nice and helpful, the room is tidy, the steak restaurant is very nice, the relaxation zone Slunečnice is very pleasant.
Negative: at breakfast there could be more food to choose from, improved staff access (some young receptionists can't even greet), the whirlpool could be at a higher temperature, at night (after returning from New Year's Eve celebrations) only cold water flowed, dirty shower at whirlpools, change of New Year's Eve menu (mouflon meat to choose from, at the table there was written deer on the menu, soup was written in advance creamy autumn, at the table then served mushroom)
