Very nice location by the border of Czech Republic&Austria. The hotel situated exactly by the castle. The night was very relaxing and quiet here, the room is clean. Bed was comfortable and sleep quality was 10/10. The breakfast was simple, and fresh with a tasty cofee. I would recommend the hotel based upon price and quality.

Fine place for your accomodations in Valtice. Everything is ok, but we were not excited. I'd say a standard service, I'd definitely appreciate my own key from the bicycle garage.

The location is great, the rooms are decent, although shower head didn't hold in place and water pressure in the sink was meh. Service could have been better. Our train was in the evening and we wanted to leave our luggage in the room, ideally to come back and have a quick rest before the travel. We asked if late check-out was possible. We visited the restaurant today. The food was very tasty and beautifully served. The service was excellent, very kind waitress! We will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the chateau. It was easy to find reception and they were extremely polite. We had a lot of light in the room, but the curtains don't really do much when you try to close them so you would need to bring an eyemask if you want to sleep past sunrise. A fairly basic hotel, but in a beautiful location next to Valtoce Castle. Parking is available (€10). No air conditioning, but there is a fan and the castle walls are thick, so it's perfectly fine. Just 50 meters away in the castle's cellar, you can enjoy a wonderful, extensive wine tasting.

Beautiful surroundings. Beautiful building. Lovely terrace with a restaurant. The room was less than stellar. The bathroom, in particular, was small. No air conditioning. The photo online depicts a magnificent building. However, the rooms are located in the left wing. The main castle can be visited as a museum for a fee, without any admission fee.
