Five stars for the clinic and four stars for the hotel. So, let me explain. It is indeed a four star hotel with services as such. I have to say that the customer service at the hotel is outstanding. The front desk people are very accommodating and quick with a response for any request. However, I have to say that when we came in 2017 I would have given it 5 stars. When I returned in Sept 2019, that rating dropped to 4. Excellent hotel for business stay. Rooms are large and airy with good ammenities. Breakfsat was excellent spread. Service level by front office staff was excellent. Will stay here during my next Zlin visit.

It was a great idea to stay here. I arrived at 11am with my bicycle and asked if they had free rooms. Yes, they had and could get it right away. The bicycle could be stored in one of the back rooms where only staff had access, it was no problem. The staff is super nice, the room amazing for this price. Basic hotel. Good clean. Mid breakfast. Just enough for a business trip. Price was different on each guest, so there might be times where being in center with better conditions can have the same price. Watch that front desk closes at 22h. So check-in after this hour is not possible.

This hotel is a gem in Zlin. Rooms are clean, big, comfortable and they offer pillows as you like (soft, medium or hard) as well as they have TVs. The Hotel is on one of the hills of Zlin, parking lots available. The building new and clean, the owner friendly and fluent english speaking. The breakfast was rich and the coffee strong and tasty. It is a smaller hotel but in a good location. Prices are ok, and service is perfect. The lady at the reception was very helpful, and check-in and out were fast and easy.

Great location in Zlín. Very comfy bed and nice bedroom. The stuff is also very nice. The restaurant have good burgers. The only point down was breakfast… eggs and bacon (salty)-Okay but there wasn’t too much to chose from sweet things. And we would apreciate coffee from machine. But hotel - very nice 🙏🏽

The biggest minus is at summer. There is no AC unit. Hot as hell.

Ordinary hotel in very ordinary town, but with incredibly friendly receptionist. Breakfasts are good.
