It doesnt look much modern, but its an honest place. My room was one of the cleanest I slept in Zlin. In this price level is good.

Despite very late arrival - (almost midnight) - I could get a room on the spot. Since there was no restaurant open anymore, the dinner after 14 hours driving was 2 cans of Gambrinus beer and 2 small bags of chips. Enough to wind down and have a good sleep. Breakfast was not great, but okay. The hotel in any case is a way better choice than the nearby hotel Moskva!!!

My first time in Garni (4 nights) and everything was good - the breakfast has diversity, the room was great and clean, the wifi also worked perfectly. Right in the city center and close to the bus station, what do you want more? Highly recommended!

I have to say that the customer service at the hotel is outstanding. The front desk people are very accommodating and quick with a response for any request. However, I have to say that when we came in 2017 I would have given it 5 stars. When I returned in Sept 2019, that rating dropped to 4. Quite a nice hotel with its own underground parking. Room amenities I would say common except own small room air conditioning. The bathroom has a spacious shower. He was very pleased with the balcony. Unfortunately, the room was quite hot in the evening facing southwest.

Hotel in a busy location, which may not suit everyone. It's a shame that the chef couldn't include at least whole grain bread in the breakfast menu. Yogurt or cereal were out of the question.

A beautifully appointed hotel with spacious rooms in a perfect location. The staff, led by the owner, was very helpful and cordial. Parking in a closed building, everything worked great. The only minus was the traffic noise from the adjacent street, but of course the hotel cannot influence this.

The area is just GREAT, but the hotel could be better.

I start saying that this place is in a very nice location, your view is over an artificial lake (depending on your room though) and it's surrounded by a wonderful and colorful forest. It's a super silent and relaxed area, just next to the very famous and renown spa town of Luhačovice. The clever thing to do is to find a good place where to spend your stay and save up a bit rather than staying directly...

Great stay! We loved everything about the hotel, its location is perfect - near the reservoir, beautiful spotless clean room with a very comfy bed and a really nice bathroom, the staff in all departments were really helpful and friendly, spa is amazing and the meals in the restaurant were delicious! Can 100% recommend and will be definitely staying again.

Just checked in two hours ago. Everything very good thus far - friendly staff, nice, clean and spacious rooms, excellent view. Nice asphalted path along the artificial lake to jog along. And the beer in the restaurant is Pilsener Urquell And cold:-)

I'm here after the season, but the staff was great, if I don't you go to the "grilled cheese of the hranclema" you will be pleasantly surprised.Unusual menu and friendly service.

Old hotel, no luxury, archaic amenities, but clean and tidy. The hotel restaurant was a very big return to the past, especially I mean the equipment. Breakfast such a worse average, if someone is used to something better, but unpretentious clients will certainly be satisfied. Location nice, rooms relatively spacious and clean. This hotel is not for the discerning. They will probably be disappointed. The era of socialism can still be felt here in some places 🤘It was a pleasant and helpful service for me both in the bar and in the dining room, I have to pick it up. The kitchen is also a good old school, so classic Czech dishes. Maybe he would like to tweak the vegetable garnish a little and taste more. But otherwise satisfaction...

Despite a bit old-fashioned appearance of the building the staying here was really great experience - willing personnel, great services (including wellness, massages, scooter rentals...), outstanding quality of kitchen. Thank you all!

Everything is fine, good clean hotel with its own restaurant and parking. Nice service. I definitely recommend it.

The location is remote, but the price is reasonable compared to hotels in the city. The money saved can be used for taxis and there is still some leftover. The quality of the network connection is very poor and I can’t connect to the Internet.

Not sure I will come back to this hotel exactly when back to Olomouc. Mainly due to the comfort (everything was basic) however, the rooms were clean. Lovely and very friendly Ukrainian girl at the reception. The breakfast was actually good. Wifi was working well

Food , value for money, service so..so..

Pretty dated hotel located quite far from the city centre. There is nothing around this hotel except one big plant corporation, so it's really quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly and breakfast was decent.

The rooms are good, meeting 4-star standards. The windows are soundproof, so you can't hear anything from the street. You can sleep well at night. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The location is right next to the main train station, not in the city center. A very good choice for people who travel a lot by train. The hotel charges an additional fee for early check-in, which is a bit confusing...

Not bad, good service attitude

I had not been in Olomouc for a while and was back a week ago. Everything in the hotel was superb and it is clearly well managed. The rooms are super and the food excellent. I know this sounds like a paid ad but it really is an excellent hotel and one of my favourites. Modern hotel with friendly staff with good English. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

I have to admit I am biased when it comes to this hotel as it is one of my favorites and I have stayed there every year since it opened almost twenty years ago which is tribute in itself. I visit the best local attraction the steam narrow gauge railway from Tremesna to Osoblaha and this hotels is ideal for getting there for the trip which is outstanding it being the last Czech Railways narrow gauge...

The room i had, had stains on the carpet and mold in the bathroom, the stains are hard to get rid of, so that does not bother me so much, but mold? I mean this is a 4 star hotel so i would expect that the mold would not be there, talked to the staff about it, so they might have removed it, but i would expect that they are capable of keeping the bathroom mold free without the guests telling them. Great room in a good location This was a wonderful, comfortable hotel room with great service and a nice view. One very small complaint: the opaque curtains did not cover the whole window, so the room could not be made dark during daylight. Otherwise everything was great.

A very beautiful building with a fantastic spa on the top floor in a good location (right at the beginning of the city center). The rooms are spacious and somewhat sober, but offer everything you need for a pleasant stay.
