It was a great idea to stay here. I arrived at 11am with my bicycle and asked if they had free rooms. Yes, they had and could get it right away. The bicycle could be stored in one of the back rooms where only staff had access, it was no problem. The staff is super nice, the room amazing for this price. The bathroom is huge and the beds super comfy. There's also a desk if you need to work on it. And breakfast is also good with plenty to choose of. I can definitely recommend the place.

Excellent hotel for business stay. Rooms are large and airy with good ammenities. Breakfsat was excellent spread.
Service level by front office staff was excellent. Will stay here during my next Zlin visit.

Budget friendly, good for leisure but business a bit insufficient, breakfast is great, big plus.

Basic hotel.
Good clean. Mid breakfast.
Just enough for a business trip.
Price was different on each guest, so there might be times where being in center with better conditions can have the same price.
Watch that front desk closes at 22h. So check-in after this hour is not possible.

This hotel is a gem in Zlin.
Rooms are clean, big, comfortable and they offer pillows as you like (soft, medium or hard) as well as they have TVs. It is also pet friendly, have sauna, laundry room for a fee, have very welcoming personal and management, it is in quiet area, so you won't be disturbed by traffic from outside. There is also parking outside. There is a book with trips which you could make around the area and explore not only Zlin, but also Kromeriz or ZOO Lesna. Breakfast is served from 8 am to 10.30 am. And it is tasty - eggs, beans, cheese, salami, pastry, muesli, sweets, 3 kinds of juice, coffee machine etc.
Reception could do a wake up calls, arange transport or arrange rental in gym close to hotel or any other ewuioments. Any questions? Just ask directly, as they are accomodationg. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay!

Simple, but well accommodation. Getting to the hotel by car is more difficult.

Loved every second. Restaurant was amazing. Spa was so nice and clean. The front desk, the restaurant waitresses... All completely beautiful. I will definitely be going back. Oh... And did I mention... AMAZING prices.

This Hotel is very disappointing. Do not recommend to book it.
1. Interior is very old, 50 year style, not maintained at all.
2. Booked the "business room" - bathroom very small, hangers broken, no mirror lights, no fan.
3. Small fridge on the floor, with nothing in it (no minibar) except mould (!)
4. Breakfast: arrived at 8 am, all free tables not cleaned. Had to ask and wait for 10 minutes. Almost all food gone, almost no bread anymore, poor choice of food, actually skipped the breakfast.
5. Sauna: steam room not working. According to Homepage and Information on the desk it is free for all hotel guests from 18:30 - 20.00. Tried to get in on Tuesday again - I was told that on Tuesday its not possible (I heard people in the Sauna) - they confirmed that they have a private reservation for the Sauna that day
6. Girl behind the desk barely speaks any other language other than Czech.
7. Room service: used coffee cup and glasses not taken away.
8. TV: only Czech channels
