We stayed at Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg for business. The conference we attended took place next to the congress. The hotel has a great location. It is close to buses and trains. In total the journey to the airport takes around 20 minutes. The Hotel is really clean. It has large windows through which you can enjoy the great view of the city. The utensils such as towels are very clean. The breakfast is excellent. At the entrance there are areas where you can sit and work. There is also coffee in the same area. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. There is literally nothing I can complain about. If you really want me to find something to complain about then I would say that the pillows are too soft if you force me to complain about something :D

The hotel front desk person was extremely slow unprofessional and had a bad service attitude because she was not wearing a badge and when I asked for her name (I wanted to complain about her to the manager) she didn't tell me her name. Then I reported to the company who booked the hotel that they contacted the hotel and said that the front desk manager would contact me the next day, but they completely ignored me the next day. On the third day, I went to find the front desk manager Anette Piilgaard. The most impolite and poorest hotel service staff ever! Regardless of right and wrong, indifferent attitude, vicious strategy! She reprimanded me from head to toe! Interrupt me before I finish speaking, accuse me of all kinds, let me think about whether it is my own problem! Totally takes my strong ******! Never met such staff in any hotel anywhere in the world! After talking to her, we decided to check out and change to another hotel!

Booked this hotel for the second time. The first time was a bad experience. This time it's the same. Very old rooms. Dirty carpets. Very badly cleaned room. The bed is not comfortable.
Breakfast is normal.

I stayed here many times for business. Rooms are quite basic! Shower set was broken and need an update. I had two single bed which are super soft maybe a bit to soft for me! Blankets are small, the building seems old and not very good isolated. When room temp is hot floor is cold. Hallway smelled horrible like somebody puked and was cleaned with vinegar. Elevator was also dirty!

If you can stand rude staff the hotel is ok with a good location. I rate friendly and service-minded staff highly, hence the number of stars.
