Nice hôtel. Well situated, near the old town and about 10 minutes walking time to the places along the river.
The room is quiet big but it could be refreshed. The breakfast is okay.

Room are spacious, beds are comfortable and nice, a bit oldschool but nice and clean, kids was happy at breakfast, they really enjoyed pancakes with a jam.

It’s a nice room. Very clean with a comfy bed but pretty basic. The shower is low pressure and didn’t get hot enough for my personal liking (I like to burn the dirt off). Breakfast is good and there’s an unlimited supply of FREE tea and coffee 24hrs a day in the lobby which I loved. They also provide popcorn and cake in the afternoon for free. The cake is super moist (yum).
What stood out for me was the staff. SUPER pleasant and friendly every one of them. Maybe it’s just Danish ppl in general but the hotel staff were the first ppl I spoke to and they lightened up my day.

Little outdated rooms, but perfect breakfastbuffet. Beds are very comfortable. 24h free Coffee machine in reception. Free cake, popkorn and slush kl15-17. Very welcoming and friendly service. We had free upgrade to business room, appreciate it a lot!!

Advantages:
- Excellent continental breakfast
- Very central in Aalborg
Disadvantages:
- Parking: only 12 spots at the hotel (not enough at all), they are not free, and cannot be reserved beforehand. This will be a hidden extra free if you come in a car
- Rooms: very outdated rooms, mattress are not comfortable
Overall, it is a fine enough hotel for it's price range, but I have personally been at much better 3 star hotels.

This was a long stay at the hotel(11 nights) so I guess I have a clear picture of the hotel. It is a 3 stars hotel! No more no less! The rooms are simple and old fashioned but clean! The bed and the pillows are not the best but also not the worse! No fridge no coffee or hairdryer in the room. There is free coffee at the lobby 24/7 and some snacks and fruits free of charge every afternoon. Breakfast is very good with a lot of things to choose from. Many great restaurants for every taste in a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Staff at the reception was exceptional! WiFi is free and fast! Generally I am satisfied from my stay and for the purpose of travelling I didn't need more than some clean towels a good breakfast and coffee free of charge
