The hotel was nice and well maintained. The grounds crew worked on the property daily to ensure a nice appearance. The staff were all very friendly. I felt the price was not worth it though. Good but not ready for prime time. Location was great, very safe and quiet. Staff was beyond excellent and communication was fast and easy. We stayed in the penthouse 301b. Layout was great. Very large space. 5 bathrooms! Just some feedback for owner. Doors to balconies lacked handles, did not close, there was no washer or dryer in the unit nor on site (a big no no for a penthouse at the beach),...
