The room was outdated. Had spider webs on the ceiling corners, the door to the bathroom lock was broken and you get stuck inside if you close the door. They did not come when I called as promised,I had to go the next morning to guest service and they sent someone that afternoon and fixed the door and clean up the flood I had inside the room when it rained. No comp was provided and a champagne was offered

During my stay, when I first arrived it was very hectic with so many people trying to check in and check out in a big but felt small lobby. Upon waiting 3 hours for my check-in time without being able to go use the facility amenities while I wait, when it go to my time of check-in, my room was still not prepared. When I finally arrived at the room, my refrigerator was not stocked, there were flies...

The hotel resort is going through a noticeable renovation process and that has reduced amenities availability. Otherwise, the service and attractions are great .

Cheap hotel and cheap experience

It's a good budget all inclusive, especially if you get access to the VIP area (which I believe came with a junior suite). The buffer food is okay, but the reserved restaurants were pretty good. Dessert selection was sub par. They have a strict policy with any missing items from the room or wrist bands. The beach itself is nice, but a bit rocky in the water.

The resort itself for the price was great IMO but they didn't clean our rooms for 2 day. Food was honestly 7/10 at the buffets. We never made a reservations ( which have to be made at the lobby between 9&11am) soo many pool including some adults only pool which was nice. Be prepared to be asked about the spa 10x a day ( they're at least nice and polite about it). The resort is part of a group of resort...

People need trip advisor to let them know this resort is closed. And has been sold by Amasha Marina and is currently being renovated by its new owners Hopdela. They as well own and operate Emotions .03 miles from this property. The new name of this property is unknown or if it will run as a resort. This is what every one who would like to return to the Grand Paradise Playa Dorada would like to know...

The shows on the stage are super fun and the pool staff and games are awesome :) lisselotte was my favourite staff member! She is super fun and brings up the energy for everyone! The beach bar is fun at night and they have snack bar open if you need

Great part of the hotel. Nice employee and great atmosphere. Calm and relaxing holiday you will have for sure. And if you like business and entertainment you walk 2 min to the other pool and you can enjoy that

Great place. Totally different than Punta Cana. This has a way more Dominican vibe, more music, more local people on vacation, and an excellent array of food and beverages. My recommendation is to stay at the Confresi Palm with the larger rooms that have a jacuzzi inside and then get the Black Vip Band for access to everything at the resort. The complex is enormous and you will definitely need a golf...

Don’t have high expectations, it is a simple hotel and far from all inclusive Mexican hotels , the beach isn’t great, the room was smelly. The food was ok. I do not recommended if you are looking for a nice beach and hang out there since there is no beach service neither a place to hang out there. Plus there was no Internet in the room neither could buy.

Hello. This hotel is amazing with the gold bracelet. Don't use any other. The blues bracelets are not good enough. I was in the tropical and we were very pleased with the hotel. The food is good 😊

The overall experience was great! Friendly and very professional staff; good food and nice pools. The only downside is that the rooms are not that modern and could use a remodel, but besides that, it was great.

My experience at the Lifestyle Tropical Resort Cofresi was overall very good. The parking was odd, as I had to leave my vehicle on the roadside, as there was no parking lot. This was a wonderful experience, being treated like a VIP was new to me. Service was awesome. There were a few fixes w/Room, however they were taken care of quickly. Tito the bartender was a treat, Denise at the spa was amazing, front desk staff was courteous and professional. I will be back!

Everyone at this resort treated us with the utmost respect. We enjoyed it so much that we became members. So very glad thatvwe did as the upgraded restaurants were fantastic. We are very much looking forward to our next trip and many more to come with family and friends.

It was a delightful and relaxing trip. The resort is huge with so much to do. By the end of the week I started understanding the layout. You will do a lot of walking, which is good. All the staff are amazing and kind and courteous. Some of them serving food or drinks got more engaged in socializing with their peers or looking at their phones and we’re at times forgetful with drinks, but it didn’t bother...

I had a great stay at Presidential Suites by Lifestyle. The place is very comfortable and relaxing, with a nice atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and always helpful, which really made the experience even better. The pool area and common spaces are perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time.

AC was excellent. We did not have a car.

The staff they was great the appartment for the reason it was not bad ither the price

It was very close to the beach. The toilet was an issue the ac spilled water not a little but puddles the whole bed got wet. Other then that it was cool

I enjoy dealing with Lovely she is the mánager who completes the check into the Hotel, she is professional and welcoming a great asset to The Hotel

I enjoy the pool , the place was clean except the bed. The bed had dust and the windows were bright. The curtains were noticeably.

The service was good the location is amazing 1 minute walk to the beach my only complaint was the bed was so hard other than that I would have given the place 5 stars

Casa Azul is a convenient place to stay for a short visit to Puerto Plata. Very secure. Comfortable bed. Good size fridge in the room. Daniele communicates well, is very accommodating, shares local information, and provides paid taxi service if she is available.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Azul! We had to book last minute due to a mishap, but this stay turned everything around. The entire apartment was very spacious and clean, and had a water cooler with delicious, fresh, cold water. The air conditioning kept the bedroom very comfortable, and we slept great on the bed. There was an incredible view from the rooftop, and all the outdoor areas were relaxing...

The owner is very nice, willing to help, she was a teacher and has a lot of interesting knowledge to share, she knows a lot of places and events for tourists, I loved the place and hope to go back one day 😇🙏

If you have not been to Costa Rica, you will probably like The DR but I found it very crowded, with VERY pushy locals and trash everywhere including on the beaches. LHVC itself is ok but with tiered service and special area's for VIP's and Members. We never got into the better restaurants and were lucky that they were remodeling one of the low-end buffets as we then had access to the higher end buffets...

The Hotel is beautiful. It looks like a garden. The food menu is very good but very repetitive. I like the stay.

The place was ok. The food was good, the room was so so, hard bed & lumpy pillows. The property was kept up but people just leave their trash everywhere. The everyday staff, bartender Jose at the dessert bar was amazing, housekeepers, waitstaff, were all superb. Always smiling and friendly. There is a lot of selling going on. There are timeshares for sale. We were asked several times to take a tour...

Been there a few times the last 4 years and the service from all staff is always above my expectations. The guest on the other hand, that keeps getting worst, always super loud, no courtesy or decency whatsoever. I had to decide this was my last time staying here when my family and I went for lunch and left out towels on chairs by the pool only to have one of the towels go missing. Explained the situation...

Our stay here was very good, the animation in the Pilon area (karaoke) with Julio Cesar Nice was spectacular and made us feel right at home. Special shoutout to the waiters at the Pilon area too. The only downside is that the resort has no food varieties and my family and I were expecting more.
