Food is pretty good but the service staff here is exceptional. I had just a minor little issue and they went above and beyond to rectify it and make our stay even more enjoyable.

New Garden is the best hotel in Sosua!!!! I’ve stayed at New Garden since last April of 2024 13 times. The hotel is clean close to both beaches and the Staff is the Best in Sosua. They treat me like family from the front desk to the waitress to Security and most importantly the house keeping Staff Who keeps the hotel clean. It’s safe and I hate to go but I will be back soon. Next Month or sooner

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the structure due to ageless beauty of the building. However, this is not an updated new hotel. Not for people that require brand-new facilities as this is not that. Everything was clean and they worked hard to make the stay comfortable. I think for the price the lack of updating is forgivable.

This worked out well. The location is good and the rooms are decent. The service was good. Booked last minute on a Saturday night. So I really have no complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator but balcony was nice. Shower with hot water and pressure. It was not expensive.

The staff amd service are wonderful! Its a beautiful venue with gorgeous scenery and in a great spot. Waking distance from 2 beaches and lots of good food and nightlife around.

The door needs to be remodel. The place is clean but oldf fashion.

Room wasn't cleaned before I arrived. The toilet was bone dry and did not work. I have stomach issues from the food I ate there. Seems like old food was served. I will not be back.

Amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located only about a 2 minute walk to the beach, making it very convenient. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly and attentive staff. The food was freshly made and delicious, which really added to the experience. A special shoutout to Aly, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. I will definitely be back!!

Sosua Inn Hotel staff members are accommodating, friendly, and willing to go the extra miles for you. I arrived at 7am. while checking in at 3 p.m., but they did everything to get me into my room by 9 am. The food is great at bailee's restaurant and I can't wait to be back soon.

Great place!!! The owner kevin is amazing! This place is also very comfortable spacious and safe. It also has a great restaurant downstairs where they deliver the food to your room if you want.

This is a cool secluded out of the way hotel. Very beautiful inside with excellent service food and drinks. Rates for rooms I believe around $60 per night so very fair and local to everything

Absolutely beautiful hotel, came here for my friends bachelorette. The staff were amazing from the servers to the security. Location was nice. Close to Sosua beach and Cabarete for nightlife. We had an amazing time, the pool is beautiful the pool chairs and umbrellas are perfect. The drinks were amazing. We tried almost every drink and were never disappointed. Disappointed The staff was extra friendly. The property is extremely old and the price was not valued at the condition of the room. The walls showed water damaged and needed to be scraped and re-painted.

Stayed for 5 nights. Place is on a quiet street but near lots of restaurants and nightlife. The room was clean, had what I needed, and the balcony and pool, which was empty when I was there, were nice. I had to find my own bottled water because it wasn't supplied.

The room was clean and comfortable but dated. The air conditioner is in the bedroom but was able to cleap the entire apartment cool. The one television was in the living room. I was impressed by the cleanliness because this is the only place I visited in Sosua that did not have an ant problem. It is easy to find and everyone there was very friendly.

Good Location, friendly & Helpful staff, nice rooms & Pool. Would definitely recommend 👌
