Unfortunately, I only stayed there for one night, but I can highly recommend this B&B, unless you want to be right in the center of Sosua.
- Nikki, the owner, is a wonderful host, communication with her was perfect and she was very flexible when I had to change my flight. The transfer to and from the airport (approx. 20 minutes) was also perfectly organized.
- The apartment is beautifully renovated and very well equipped, and the garden with the pool is cozy and well maintained.
- It was wonderfully quiet at night and the breakfast was excellent.
Garden by the Sea will definitely be my first stop on my next visit to the Dominican Republic. Thank you very much, Nikki!

Wow, Garden by the Sea is a little Oasis in Sosua. Nikki is an incredible host, and really makes the effort to help her guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were very clean, and it was so easy to feel relaxed. My bf and I stayed here after backpacking around DR a bit, and we ended up staying our last week here because it was very comfortable. Thank you, Nikki for being wonderful! We love Bella and miss you both already :)

Very quiet. Nikki was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great. We stood only 1 night so we didn't get to explore the area much. We headed to Cabarate for dinner and ate at OJO great restaurant on the water.

It was a Phenomenal stay at Garden By The Sea, first you are greeted by the most wonderful host Nikki who made our stay so pleasant and was always so attentive and made sure we were comfortable. We stayed with a group of Family 12 of us and had the most amazing time. This place is so clean and peaceful and lots to do in the area. The breakfast was amazing at the time we stayed we paid $10 per person for a delicious Dominican breakfast, fresh fruits as well. I wish we could have stayed longer in this piece of PARADISE 🌴 I would definitely recommend if your staying in Sosua. Thanks again Nikki for your great service.

This was my second time staying at Garden by the Sea, and once again, I had an amazing experience. The rooms are clean, well maintained, beautifully designed with strong attention to detail (seriously- each stone in the shower floor looks individually placed!!), and overall very comfortable. Nikki and her team are excellent hosts and the food is delicious!!! (Seriously the food is incredible, you will not be disappointed!!) There is a beach within walking distance and security at the entrance of “neighborhood”. The airport, Sosua and Cabarete beaches/downtown areas are within short driving distance. Both of those beaches are fun/relaxing depending on the vibe that you want. I will definitely be back again! Thanks Nikki!
