The activities, entertainment, and shows were so much fun. We had the best time during our stay thanks to the entertainment team. Extra thanks to Peluche for taking the time to make sure we enjoyed our stay. My family will definitely be coming back thanks to the staff and their entertainment. I don’t want to go home! A real honest review: This resort is really nice if your trying to have a chill week. The rooms are exactly what the photos on the website look like, the food is a huge buffer with a lot of selection. Every night theres rice, chicken, beef, pork, lots of salad, vegetables, fresh fruits, a taco bar, and a pasta bar. They also have cool local dishes they serve at the buffet. My stay here was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, the room services were great, beach was great, and it was an overall fantastic experience. But for me, the animation team was what made my stay here so good. The shows were such a hit and so was the entertainment throughout the day! A big thank you to the Depo for making my experience here exceptional!

There are so many mosquitoes and they Bakr several times

Rooms are clean and stocked with may amenities. The spa is nice. On a scale from 1 to 10 i give the staff a 1,00%

The staff was the key! Everyone here was so nice. The food was good and the grounds themselves were beautiful. The inclusive bar was a bit deceiving because there didn't seem to be much available but it was okay.

The bar was okay, I didn’t use the spa. I don’t know why they put me away from the group that I formed. Everybody was in the same place. I was not allowed to visit them. All of them used a black cord and mine was purple.

The bar staff were great especially at the essential section as well as Toni at the adults main pool bar

The staff and amenities were amazing. Rooms were great!!! I was in the adults only section closer to everthing and my friends had a private pool with their room. The service was incredible and really made me feel comfortable. I will come back!!!

Everything was rusty in the bathroom and sink. The housekeeper enters the room without knocking. Only receives 1 bath towel no wash clothes.

There is weird smell in the property like sewage. Utensils are old, did not used. Other than that all was okey for the price.

Great staff, Miguel was awesome. Across from the beach. Near restaurants and convenience store. The room had a fridge and stove. Kitchen and furniture need an update ASAP. Also need to enforce rules at the pool. When locals arrive there’s no more peace and quiet, they take glass bottles to the pool putting in danger everybody else. They also turn on loud speakers with no regard to other guests.

The location is perfect, the service was pleasant, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. But I don't recommend the beds; my back is still sore from how hard they were. But afterward, everything was great. We just couldn't rest.

Rooms work but they can definitely be better, for the same price you can find better options near the location. Service is good and location is honestly priceless. Food is great, but pool should be cleaned more often, it always had lots of debris, insects and dirtiness, it had a strong chlorine smell.

Warning to tourists - the men pushing you towards tables are scammers! We were charged more than $300 for a simple lunch and it was NOT optional, not a safe situation. It’s a nice beach but bring your own food!

Wonderful place! The service is good, the breakfast fresh and the rooms are clean with an ocean view. You have the beach in front of you, with palm trees all around, it almost seems it belongs only to you, no crowds and super clean. I would say it's a hidden treasure. Highly recmanded.

The parking lots are a little bit expensive and the tables, they have good places to eat.

Very nice beach. I liked that there were a number of local folk who were enjoying the beach as well as tourist. Great sandy beach, with ample sitting areas (as long as you are eating or drinking from a nearby establishment). Water wasn't too rough the day that I was there.

I went for 10 days with my family. However my father is in a wheelchair and we had booked a handicap room. When we got to the room, it was the furthest thing from it. The room was old, falling a part and a below average sized room. the wheel chair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. So we called front desk, and they managed to find a new room. When we arrived at this new room, it was beautiful....

Overall is decent, with two minor downside, Internet isn't free 10 dollars per day is the fee and only one login is provided, and power outages. I experienced one power outage , while i was asleep my wife told me there were two more outages , not a big deal to me but had to mention it.

Holes in the roof. Inside the property and on the balcony. Internet was turned off at 8am on the day I was leaving. Rooms were fine and well furnished just needed to walk around puddles.

We took a day pass to spend our last day in the country and it was very nice. We ate and spent the day in the pools. The atmosphere and location were great for photos. We went there with family and friends and the price was very right. We highly recommend visiting the place with a day pass and if you like it, then go with the hotel portion and stay the night.

Small and tranquil place. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again! The place and staff were amazing!

We did not stay here we just had dinner. It was good food and drinks and the server was very nice and tried his best with out language barrier. Cute boutique hotel amenities.
