Rooms were clean. Never could get the TV working right but I didn’t ask either. There is hot water just have to figure it out.

Most of the staff were friendly. Security knocked on my door at 6am when my taxi to the airport arrived. Rooms are okay if not a little overpriced. Bed, TV and Aircon all good. The bathroom door was hanging off one hinge so not great for easily opening/closing. Location is good, a 5 minutes walk to supermarket.

Clean, cool room and super friendly people. Hot water, delicious coffee and decent wifi a few blocks from the beach. Would stay again anytime!

The breakfast was really food, pancakes were really fluffy. The room was comfortable and spacious. The thing I did not like was that we did not get hot water. Good amount of restaurants to eat from near by. The beach was walking distance, with shallow and clear blue water. Did not like the amount of vendors at the beach.

The staff were very accommodating. The apartment was clean, attractive, and well maintained. All of the amenities (TV, wifi, bathroom with hot shower, kitchen with stove, sink, and large fridge, separate bedroom with AC) worked well. Last minute stay due to flight cancelation. Property manager very friendly and helpful in arranging food/transportation. Large and spacious- worked for a family. Hotel located in residential neighborhood

The rooms were very big for the price. The fact that there was akitchen and refrigerator was an extra touch. We didn't have to spend a lot of money eating eating out. Damn baby

01/18/26 The staff was extremely courteous and was always there to help.

The other reviews saying you must go outside to the side to go to the restaurant/beach/pool is true so I might avoid the busy weekends. But overall the experience was great thanks to the friendly staff and good food + drinks at the restaurant. (Worth paying for vs all inclusive IMO) There is also staff watching over your things at the beach front when you’re swimming so it feels safe.

Super friendly staff. Food was a little overpriced.. lots of other beach front options with better selection and cheaper. Rooms are clean. There was quite a bit of construction going on so it was super loud in the mornings at odd hours.

The property was very nice, the pool area is tremendous, and Leonor at the front desk was exceptional.

The front desk stage was very polite and atrentive to all the needs. The butler was excellent. The waiter outstanding especially the guy at the restaurant called El Barón he was outstanding in his service

In middle of everything, 5 mins walk from the most beautiful beaches of DR, 5 minutes from the store and the hotel stuff always very friendly/ helpful. Thanks you very much for the great stay.

The Pool was nice there was nobody at the front desk to check me in and dident know how to put the TV to work there was no internet and I have to Pay extra cuarte my card did not pass and haved to pay in cash

Staff is great location is all great. Your about less then 10min walk to beach & stores & food all around so no taxi needed unless your really wanting to see the major sites. Hot water has a timer & once you learn that you’re set. I felt safe here especially traveling alone. Definitely would stay here again. If something’s wrong tell them they fix it or make it right. William the receptionist is amazing...

Great, cozy and clean room! The staff is super accommodating. Nury’s the manager went above and beyond to accommodate any upcoming situation. The Owner was a pleasure to meet, very I’m le and welcoming…The food was beyond delicious 😋 with the tropical flavor that only DR have… It’s a come back ticket for another great stay
