The room was spacious and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The seating at the beach is horrible. Not enough seating and it is taken by people from early morning by just throwing a towel on the seat

They don't show up until much later. Either add seating or do not allow people to take seats without being there. They remove the dirty towels first then replace them later

We had a rest with our family since 02/07/19. drove in the mood to relax, and not look for cons. Therefore, the hotel was satisfied. Everything worked in the room, clean, timely cleaning

If you stain the towels, they are nice & you'll have to pay for them, they're not cheap. I didn't like it but they the manager was so nice i hasn't mad

The area is okay to walk around. There’s plenty tourists around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. I wish I could stay more because the apartment felt like home but I had to continue my trip

The out door patio with 8 person hot is absolutely fabulous. And it actually has a hot water if you want It hot. All the kitchen utensils are uniform and proper

I had a great time at the apartment. It was clean and smells amazing. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a great meal. I actually saved a lot of money but making my own food there while I was visiting.

I enjoyed the hotel breakfast, fresh made. The hotel is on the beach and the staff makes sure you have drinks and food if needed. The beach was beautiful, but you will get asked if you want a massage several times a day

I traveled solo so I didn't walk around the neighborhood by myself. Hotel is clean, bed was comfortable, and shower had hot water and great water pressure. Older building but kept up well

3- to keep a good amount of Coke Zero available. The place felt like I was visiting my old relatives' house. So cozy, perfectly decorated and the cleanliness was impecable! I'll definitely stay there my next trip to DR

I didnt actually stayed here, but i went to visit a friend. The hotel looked nice. It looked like a small apartment with a terrace. If i go back to Boca Chica, i might stay there. Great price for the rooms!!!! 👏

The ocean was visible from our deck. The furniture was a bit worn but the bed had a nice mattress topper so we slept well.

Its was all good for the price, Pros : just a few steps from the quiet boca chica beach, and plenty of very good restaurants on the beach, descent space rooms, 14 mins away from airport wich cost about less than $10 on Indrive rideshare app, dont use Uber! Cons: if you are picky then dont come, but rooms are 100 % clean

Morning time definitely you can bring the kids nighttime its a different story, the seafood around the area is fresh

It's super convenient to the airport and close to Santo Domingo, but offers a wonderful escape from the hectic city! It is directly facing the beautiful waters of Boca Chica Beach and close to surfing at La Boya

The rooms have been recently updated and are very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the south coast of the Dominican Republic

Warning: They cut the water on the overnight around 2 am, be ready to deal with that. Is clean but not for folks or picky people .

The front desk stage was very polite and atrentive to all the needs. The butler was excellent. The waiter outstanding especially the guy at the restaurant called El Barón he was outstanding in his service

The other reviews saying you must go outside to the side to go to the restaurant/beach/pool is true so I might avoid the busy weekends

lots of other beach front options with better selection and cheaper. There was quite a bit of construction going on so it was super loud in the mornings at odd hours

I like places that have mixed steamed vegetables as an option. Nothing was over salted either. I'm still looking for proper focaccia, this wasn't a place for that either

I tried their breakfast, had fried chicken sandwich, garlic shrimp and fried fish file and it was all very delicious. You can literally step into the crystal clear water from your table

Go for a swim and come back for chinola ( local beverage made from passion fruit). The water was warm and perfect for snorkeling or ( on windy days) sailing

The area was very lively which was awesome, there was always good latin music at the pool area, always snacks and food, the beach was so blue and beautiful! Vibes are really cool here, food was good especially the dominican dinner night soo good!

Just came here for the Beach Vibes today! The beach and the water were amazing. Also, the Marina Bar at the boat dock was the best. The Bartender did her thing all day!! Amazing Service!

The Good - the resort is well-kept, the food was fine, the drinks flowed, and they had plenty of activities for those into that. The room was well air conditioned and the wifi was pricey but stable

But then he made it pretty clear that I owed him a drink in return, I ended up being whisked to some bar 10 minutes away and bought him and his friend a round of drinks for an absurd price, then ended up giving him even more money after he complained he can't afford diapers for his kids at what the resort pays

After directly saying I'm not at all interested whatasoever, I got glared at by them for the rest of the stay. The Ugly - There is no ATM in the resort, so I had to walk two blocks in town to go to a bank

We didn't have hot water for the shower so much as slightly tepid water. We had dysentery for a few days, we stopped using the tap water to brush our teeth which may have been the culprit

He kept offering me cocaine and prostitutes which I politely declined. By the end of it I had to go back to the ATM again! So maybe the resort should consider installing an ATM

We paid for a lobster dinner outside the included buffet and it was absolutely worth it! The Bad - The beds were crazy uncomfortable and the pillows - man those pillows

He is the problem with the hotel. There is no substitute for broken and raggedy equipment and trying to remodel what needs to be replaced

We needed a hotel to spend the night after a late arrival at the Santo Domingo airport. Check in at midnight without any problem and a delicious full Dominican breakfast in the morning

Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery store etc. they do charge a small fee to have your own drinks at pool but not bad. Only thing is we didn’t get to experience their pizza service

Near to the hotel is beach with no waves, ideal for small kids. On the room there is LCD with Netflix. We enjoyed Dominican breakfast and omelette. Some staff does not speak English, but has a big afford to help

The Residence is secure and very convenient to the main motorway, the beach, and the local supermarket. Has its own good sized pool and only a few miles drive from the Santo Domingo airport
