What was that? I need a complete refund from the hotel. What was that? Unbelievable. This so-called hotel is a dumpster. There is no running water, soap, or towels. The city needs to shut down this hotel.

The property closed at 12am, they wouldn’t pick up the phone and the guard outside said there is nothing they could do. I booked this place for one night to sleep in for like 4 hour but we were unable to check in.

The receptionist was new so had little knowledge which wasn’t his fault but shouldn’t have been alone. There was absolutely no water for a shower, for the toilet or anything else, I complained 6 times but was just fobbed off. The pool had no water unlike the advertisement, there was no wifi in any room unlike advertised. Rooms were clean and the guy tried hard to help, rooms were cheap it was a shame about the other disasters.

this hotel is a fraud they charge you two times no water no electricity no air condition and full of roaches and they said they cant refund your money

We booked this hotel via the Agoda app. Once we got there they added extra charges (cleaning fee). I had booked a balcony room and they were going to give me a normal one. Eventually they switched the rooms and gave us a balcony. There were no sheets on the bed and the "bellhop" got us one, and of course asked for his tip. When we got there at 7pm, there was a water shortage. We went for dinner and when we came back we realized the hot water was not working. We went to the front desk and they stated we should have checked it, when when checked in. We advised of the water shortage, he said it was not his problem and went on watching TV. Thankfully we were just staying there as it is close to the airport and we were flying out in the morning. Their customer service is the worst. I advised Agoda of this information, and apparently they do not resolve issues. I would not recommend this hotel at all nor booking through this app. UPDATE: After this Review, The response received is "yes we charge a cleaning fee and it shouldn't be a big deal for a $25 booking and that my pockets were not ready " Funny how the booking was NOT $25 but actually more than $50 and how they do not address any other issues in their part. If the room had been clean, I wouldn't have an issue with a cleaning fee. But again, as stated and as proved through their response, on my reviews and others, their customer service is the worst and they don't intend to do anything about it.

I reserved through booking.com at this hotel. I arrive with my confirmation code and total payment settlement, nobody speaks english, they claimed payment did not go through although my confirmation is with me in my hand. They said the system is down and i had to wait till it recovers and then they say we do not have rooms and told me to find another hotel. Worse customer service, very unprofessional. The owner talks to me over the phone with noises aroundher, and they have those hidden fees which they tell you about only when you get to the hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I stayed last week at the hotel. I stayed for just 1 night, and it will be the last night.
As I was greeted when I arrived I didn't receive any hospitality or welcome, when I finally was able to go to my room, and got my luggage out the car, I was offered help by an employee, which I thought very kind. (I've lived in the Dominican Republic for 15 years i know the drills.) But as he brought it upstairs to my room, and placed it inside, he kept lingering and then just straight up asked me for tip money. Which I was going to give him, but since he asked me so straight up and out of the blue, I was a bit taken back by this.
After a while, I wanted to regulate my AC, I usually never sleep with AC, but their was no fan.
I quickly turned it off as I saw the black mold growing on the unit, and it was spreading to the outside. Everyone knows that black mold can be very dangerous when you breathe it in for an extended period of time.
I have some big health problems and getting a good breath of air can be difficult for me.
But what shocked me the most was the fact that my balcony door, which was connected to the restaurant roof with a very climable tree next to it, DID NOT LOCK.
I went to ask if it was normal that the door didn't lock, and the man at the reception desk just did a giggle and said nothing has ever happened and that I was safe.
I did not feel safe when I tried to go to bed, I could hear people arguing and talking in the hallways till 2 in the morning.(which i assumed was staff arguing) I barely was able to sleep at all that night, especially with a door that didn't lock. And I did catch a cold from the few hours my AC unit was on before I had discovered the mold. I had to board a plane that day and travel to Europe for a health check. And I was sick the first days I was here.

It was good for 1 night, but I will probably not stay here again.
