Location is great. Views are great. Room is sclean but sterile. Needs art a character. And color. Restaurant is a disaster. Outside terrace is dirty, bird droppings everywhere and staff is hesitant and unsure. Cushions are dirty. Breakfast buffet is the worst I have experienced so far on my trip in Egypt. Instant coffee only. Espresso cost extra! No falafel at breakfast, no accompaniment for the ful. Very disappointing.

New hotel. A lot of good intention and very welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms are all new, quiet and with a beautiful vue. Still there is room for improvement in some of the services including internet connection which did not work in our room.

Ideal for an overnight stay in Abu Simbel to easily visit the temple. Otherwise, it's poor quality and overpriced.

The room was spacious and the facilities were new, but the pillows were too high; I hope they can provide lower pillows. We arrived at 3 PM, and the front desk recommended a sunset boat trip on the lake for $65. The boat was quite large and very stable, the sunset was beautiful, and you could see Abu Simbel from the lake – definitely worth it. You can call a golf cart to take you to the entrance of the scenic area; it's actually only a 5-minute walk. There weren't many guests on the day we checked in, so the buffet breakfast wasn't open. You could order à la carte: $10 for a chicken leg rice and $15 for a steak rice. The food was pretty good; I recommend ordering in advance, as we waited an hour. I recommend staying here one night to experience the complete Abu Simbel tour.

Abu simbel is a great place to visit temples and this hotel in specific was a very nice and new hotel. The amenities were all brand new.

The hotel is brandy new and very beautifully located by the lake Nassr. It’s close to Abu Simbel temples.
We like the staffs who are very friendly and helpful making our stay very enjoyable. Thanks a lot for the warm hospitality from front desk manager Ehab, the food manager Amr and the chef executive Saied . 
We definitely recommend this nice hotel to our friends!

AVOID HOTEL AT ALL COST. Pool ice cold. Room disaster. Over priced. Hotel Owner part of organized scammers since he gets commission from scams. Hotel Empty for a reason. I paid for the room but we checked out and left. We couldnt run any faster. Staff was nice but owner is not. Owner tried to use overpriced taxi which run by organized gangs since the location isolates you. Luckily I found a nice local guy called us to get a local price ride out of there. We saw the owner upset and saw organized gang arrive and almost tried to get us out of the taxi to use theirs only but they didnt have enough time to convince us not to use the ride we found. They didnt know what to say. He said, it looks like you wont be comfortable. We glad we ran so fast from there. No WIFI there. RUN!

The hotel 🏨 was closed despite valid booking. Absolutely avoid it. They do not provide accommodation and refuse the refund.
