I had a truly wonderful experience at Palma Hotel Port Said. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The team paid close attention to every detail and made sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. A special thanks to Israa at the reception, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. She carefully considered every comment and request I had, which made a huge difference in my experience. What I really appreciated was how welcoming they were with my guests. They had no issue allowing my guests to join me by the pool, and everything was handled smoothly without any complications. It genuinely felt like they were doing their best to make every guest happy, which is very important to me. Overall, it was an amazing experience that truly improved my mood. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.

I was on a business trip in Port Said and the rooms are to big 92m² for me. It's like an apartment. The romms are very clean und new. Phantastic Pool and nice Pool Bar.

The apartment for 4 is spacious and very cozy. The hotel is clean and well-furnished. The food is nice and the staff is really friendly and hospitable. They even agreed to let us bring breakfast to the bedroom when one of us was sick.

Excellent service, spacious and clean rooms, good and varied breakfast. All the hotel staff were cooperative. Overall, an excellent experience, and I will try to repeat it in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Palma Hotel. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful without ever being intrusive. We were so satisfied with our experience that we even decided to extend our stay for another week.
The location is beautiful and very convenient — close to many other places and attractions, which made it easy to explore. The golf cart option is also very handy for moving around.
The hotel shows great consideration for different age groups as well as guests with wheelchairs or mobility needs — there are ramps available to make access smooth and easy.
Another highlight is the safety: the security team is always present, which made us feel very comfortable and secure throughout our stay.
Overall, we are only satisfied with Palma Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Port Said.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making us feel instantly at ease. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and offering help whenever we needed it. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a huge variety of delicious options to suit every taste. We truly enjoyed our stay to the max and will proudly call this our “home in Port Said.” Thank you for your amazing service.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience at Palma Hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place had no respect for its guests. The staff, while polite, appeared disinterested and unhelpful, almost as if they were doing you a favor by being there. But the real issue was the manager – absolutely rude and incredibly narcissistic. I had a minor issue with my room, and instead of offering any real assistance or apology, the manager dismissed me with an eye roll and a condescending attitude. It was obvious they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I felt belittled and completely disrespected. The lack of empathy and professionalism was truly shocking. I really regret choosing Palma Hotel for my stay and would advise anyone to stay far away. There are so many better options in the area where you’ll actually feel welcome. Trust me, save your time and money – don’t waste either at this place!

I couldn't find the reception number in the room to ask for the restaurant numnber, i had to go online to get the hotel number. by the time i did all that i called the kitchen at 11:15 pm, sorry sir the last order for pizza is 11 pm. even when i told him i couldn't find the reception or the restaurant number in the room. he said sorry i can't help you. and they ask you to sign a declaration not to order food from outside :)

The hotel is far from downtown so it is quiet and close to the beach for costumers to enjoy.
The reception staff were cheerful and friendly. My room was very clean and spacious with many commodities such as refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, kitchenware, big TV and large desk.
The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel has two swimming pools. Towels are provided and costumers can order snacks and drinks from a small kiosk. Customers can also rent bicycles to exercise around the property.
To sum up my experience at Palma Hotel, I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it ayone travelling to Port Said for business or pleasure.
