All good except the beach. They do their best but it’s just not good. Also I am not a fan of the horizontal spread of rooms across large area especially when the water is expensive to turn the spaces to a real greenery area. But it’s ok. Food is ok rooms are ok and staff are also ok.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is beautiful. We’ve made very good use of the facilities every single day including the gym and spa. Khaled has cleaned our room every single day immaculately. We also love having a chat with him every morning. He always wants to make sure we’re happy with our room and our stay here. I had so much fun the place is very clean people there are very nice as well as the team animation we spoke to G and Amal they are a nice people and fun to be around food is also a 10/10 chefs were kind as well overall hotel service view community food 10/10 definitely will go again!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff attentive but not intrusive. The beach beautiful, with lots of sunbeds with pretty shades. The food in the restaurant was well presented and varied. Only a choice of two restaurants, but we found out just before we left that guests can also eat at certain other hotels in the area.

We just checked out from our trip to Club Paradiso in El Gouna, and we're already dreaming of going back! What really made it special wasn't just the beautiful location, but the absolutely wonderful people who work there. A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone for your hard work and kindness. You made us feel like family. The reception team deserves a standing ovation for their patience and efficiency...

It was really nice, decent breakfast options - could do with more drink options though - and lovely staff. The aesthetic is cool but the moody colours make it quite dark, especially in the bathroom which can make shaving and make up a pain at times. Generally a lovely place in a great location.

Very nice hotel within 5 minutes to major attractions via tuc tuc. We stayed for 1 week and there was not a single day that I was bored with breakfast. The lagoon is amazing.

Excellent value for money! You'd be hard-pressed to find a better hotel at this price, and the service was also impeccable.

I enjoyed my stay Cook’s Club, had no complaints whatsoever other than the gym could get a little bit more attention.

The hotel is simple in a good way. The rooms are small but well designed so it is ok. The pool is huge and everybody is around not in which is even better for people who like to swim quietly. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The reception staff and the team at the beach restaurant were incredibly attentive and professional. Everyone at the hotel goes out of their way to make you feel at home and ensure you have the best possible stay. Beautifully positioned hotel on a lagoon and room and breakfast were superb. Sadly, however, living in Egypt and wanting a short break I stayed over a weekend. The bass sounds from the Downtown parties were simply unacceptable and sadly spoilt my stay. I would stay again but NEVER over a weekend.

This stay was amazing! My bestfriend and I wanted to visit El Gouna and this hotel fell onto our laps perfectly! Lovely staff and cozy vibes, felt right at home.
