The lagoon is a real good place to enjoy your quiet night there. The beach is very good but it's a rocky one

E in restaurant the molested chefs remembered my order from yesturday and prepared it for me. The waiter remembered my drinks. And all celebrated my birthday from front desk to spa members

Every one in restaurant who were so helpful The gardeners who worked so hard to keep the ground s spotless The bar men always ready to serve you The helpful man who cleaned our room ,which was lovely with a balcony over looking pool and sea

My daughter and I have just returned from this beautiful located hotel I would like to say a big Thank You to all the hard working staff who really made the holiday for us I have no negative comments to make about hotel

The gardens and the green areas are very well maintained and the gardeners are doing super work with keeping such a vast area well taken care

During the day we were supposed to leave due to unfortunate circumstances (a lot of people from the hotel were from our country and wanted to go back as quickly as possible) He was more the patient and understanding with everyone as far and we saw, and also gave us late check out for free so we won't get caught in the rush and chaos at the border from the all the people heading back

The hotel was welcoming from the moment we entered. Mr Fadel took care to check us in quickly and efficiently, and very kindly gave us a late check-out and an upgraded room

Mr Mustafa the concierge also treated us with great efficiency and kindness. This is Egyptian hospitality at its best. The room was spacious, very comfortable, with lovely shower and a balcony with a sea view

The amenities at the hotel were awesome, fun, and relaxing. The hotel was being run exceptionally efficient by the general manager Mr Moheeb, even during the busy season

Insider Tip No One Tells You: Take advantage of the resort’s early morning snorkeling trips—the waters are calm, and the coral reefs are vibrant with marine life

Were cleaning room every day and the guy each time left some extra stuffs (body lotion, mineral water etc. ) even if sometimes we left and sometimes we didn't leave the tip

The dining room was quite spacious, big and clean and variety of meals was really good. Actually each time we tasted different types of meal (combined with warm and cold cuisine)

Had a really good experience with this hotel. Stayed for 7 nights there and it was a great time. The number one was a personnel in the dining room and the room service

We've also had dinner in The Tuscany Restaurant - can as well recommend, really tasty vine, appetizer, main meal (we had Italian pasta) and tiramisu dessert

We were there during October so the surrounding was not much crowded which was positive

The hotel's location is its standout feature - perched on the hills overlooking the Gulf of Aqaba, the views are simply breathtaking. Overall: The hotel offers a relaxing stay with stunning views

I stayed at the hotel 10 years ago. I loved everything! Huge room with a piste, meticulous cleaning every day, polite staff, delicious food, meat, fish, and seafood, and entertainment

In the children's zone, there were plenty of attractions: toboggans, slides, climbing frames and swings, the whole area was beautifully lit and the excursions that took place here were good thank you very much for a pleasant stay Zpětná vazba Lidé také hledají

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team is doing great. One small thing, I asked to iron clothes multiple times and yet it didn’t happen

Things made us disappointed: 1- After we settled in a room, we found so much tissues, snaks, under one of two beds, ofcourse it was bad behavior of last guests, but it was also neglect of room service to make the room ready for next guests

Special appreciation goes to Adham and Ayman from the restaurant team for their kind service and attention to detail they made every meal feel special

Really nice experience but would like to extended the pool time till night, very friendly staff and the hospitality was great , real nice shows for the night

This hotel has passed through drastic changes. The hotels room are old and need maintenance however Nelson rooms are more modern and nicer

The food was quite good compared to all our past visits and the services, lobby kids playground are amazing. Very close to the beach and everything is well cleaned and maintained

Abdelhamid, the Reception Manager, personally reached out to me, which showed a high level of professionalism and genuine concern for guest feedback

You can have drinks from 10 a. There are regular buses to the beach which are free. Location of this hotel is amazing, there are mountains around and the sea. Maybe because of that there were no wind

Rested in El Wekala 3-9 Jan 2018. Great hotel! On-site pool, sunbeds. In the morning well fed, round table, is very diverse

We stayed there 19 - 26 December with two boys. Kids loved water slides, there were always there lifeguards by the pool when the slides were on. The food was very good, some dishes were a little bit too salty though

Thank You for a good vacations! We spend a week in El Wekala. We all enjoyed water slides and warm pool. All the people working there were very friendly and always smiling

We chose it because it has water slides and we have 2 boys of relevant ages. Parents had a very pleasant quite time. The pool staff were very professional and attentive

Food was very tasty! Special thanks to the barmen working at the pool bar, lifeguards working at the slides and pool, and animation team!
