We have celebrated a family event in the Eilat queen of Sheba hotel and it exceeded our expectations by far! The facilities are super and on top of that the level of service was amazing, we truly appreciate the staff and hotel management taking care of all aspects to ensure we have the perfect experience , extremely thoughtful and professional. we are grateful for everything , thank you all!

What a wonderful stay! We originally had 2 rooms booked for us and our 2 children. Upon arrival the wonderful Shai offered us to upgrade to a suite and how wonderful it was! Great location ! The stuff are very polite and welcoming We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian. We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was wonderful...but the orange juice is 80%water and 20% juice....wifi is very very slow...in 3 days we asked...

A few thoughts... Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.

Hotel accommodations were average.. room, bed were comfortable . The hotel itself is remote, quite and feels new for the most part. The staff is nice and accommodating. Be advised, this hotel is far from the city, a 10 minute drive by car at least. This isnt a negative, just something to look out for.

Early October time. It's 32 C outside and the pool regardless of your location is cold. Not sure why the hotel is not taking step remediate. Where at 7 The room itself was big enough to accommodate the family and the kitchen was a great addition. However, the carpet and the sofabed is very outdated. A first rate stay in Eilat. Beachfront. Easy walk to promenade and the water. Hotel pools are plentiful and cooling. Very roomy accommodation, comfortable bed, large bathroom, enough for two. This was an amazing hotel. The view was phenomenal. We ended up having dinner in the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also amazing, so many choices of delicious cheeses and the best shakshuka my wife has ever had. The pool was a little cold but we got used to it. The hot tub was great. Small older hotel with a lot of construction around it. The price was inexpensive, but the room was tiny. Not including the bathroom, the room was approximately 12’x12’ and was considered a “triple”. Definitely works if you’re on a tight budget and only need a bed and shower.

We've never stayed in that part of the city and were pleasantly surprised to find such a pleasant and basic hotel at an affordable rate. It was only one night and a nice clean room was just what we needed. There's a minibar and kettle in the room and also free coffee and water at the lobby. Breakfast very few choice of fresh fruits (just watermelon and melon on the four days we've been at the hotel). Public transportation: station access is fairly too far, wont recommend for families or elders. Overall not 100% satisfied of the room, very expensive compared to other properties...
