Great resort, great food, very friendly and professional staff. Great views and plenty of swimming pools. Rooms are well maintained and kept, as is the entire Hotel. Entertainment was also well done/run. The complex itself is in a closed and guarded area, to which you drive an hour through the rocky mountains from the airport. There is a heavy military presence from the moment you land due to whats going on in this part of the world, however, you DO feel safe and once you're at the resport, you would never know.

Really nice hotel with really nice people. Staff really heplful, all they want is to customer be happy. Tasty drinks, especially from Mr Mohamed Fawza’s hands! Rooms are clean and food is delicious! Big variety of trips all around Egipt and more, great Guids on the trips (Mr Walid). Overall really great experience. It was a nice week here.

The Animation Team are wonderful and they kept people busy from 10.00 am Throughout the whole day either at the Pool or the evening Shows.

All in all again it was a beautiful Holiday and All the Family loved the Place.

Everything here was good. Sea is perfect but you need shoes, personal and waitres was great, Adham Lotfy, working on the swimming pool, Live Guard was perfect, everywhere were clean, food was amazing. Just at the evening animation program was weak. We are from Slovakia.

I honestly really liked the place and would have given a five star review by myself but just so you know, when people are leaving some manager guy goes up to everyone and makes sure everyone gives the hotel five stars.
I found that really unnecessary since it's actually a really nice place and I don't believe they have any reason to worry about serious criticism. It also makes me wonder how many of the five star reviews have been made this way.
But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was tasty and there was a wide variety of it, and our room had zero issues with it.

The hotel is very nice and made us happy again. The family was very happy. The clothes are very nice and clean. The restaurant has a large selection of food. We add new things. The room and the video are very nice. Not the last experience with us. The animation is nice and the children are happy.

The hotel is incredible. The location is perfect, the staff is very accommodating and cheerful. Everyone is creating a very decent vibes and makes you feel at home. Rooms have a beautiful view on the gulf.
