My stay at Teda Swiss Inn Ain Sokhna was absolutely excellent.
The staff were extremely friendly, cooperative, and professional from the moment we arrived until we checked out.
The only downside is that the entrance from the main road can be a little tricky, but if you are driving and using Google Maps, it becomes very easy and there is no real problem at all.
One of the things I really appreciated was the beautiful scent of the hotel and the rooms. Everything smelled fresh and clean, which reflects a high level of care and hygiene.
The food quality was very high. Even though we visited during winter and the occupancy was low, the food was always fresh, tasty, and well-varied.
We couldn’t use the swimming pools or go to the beach because the weather and the water were cold, but we are definitely planning to come back in summer to enjoy the amazing aqua park and the beautiful beach.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a great team, and it will definitely not be our last visit.

Hotel is not maintained although it's a very nice concept.
Pools are not clean. Games are broken or not maintained and even they don't do the basics of cleaning the dirt out of it. Food is of average to low quality.
Overall better to visit TEDA Fun only without accomodation.

This place truly excels at creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a calm environment with engaging play areas like the Softly area for kids and the fun-filled Dinosaur Park Valley, making every moment enjoyable for both kids and adults. You can feel reassured that your children will have a wonderful time, and you won't have to worry about boredom. Plus, there’s convenient free parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a great variety of food options available. The bar is also a wonderful spot to relax. The aquaponics exhibit is a fascinating highlight, and there’s even a small art area that caters specifically to little ones. With plenty of fun games and activities, including an Echo board, you can easily make lasting memories. Stayed at the hotel for a couple of days with my kids. They loved it! Spacious rooms and great service and the evening games were a lot of fun! Furthermore, the staff was nothing short of amazing! They went out of their way to assist me to recover a lost iphone and alerted me when I forgot nearly $1000 after checking out!!! Amroosi and the checkin staff also helped setup transportation back to Cairo.

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The facilities are old, not to mention the sanitation is abysmal. The sheets are covered in stains and hair, and look like they haven't been changed in decades. There are yellow stains on the shower floor, and the sink is red and has a mysterious red tinge. The tap water is yellow and looks like mud. The only showerhead is a wall-mounted showerhead, and the shower stall is open, leaving the floor completely wet after showering. They also discriminate against Chinese people, charging an extra $20 per night. The food is also atrocious. I'll never stay here again. This hotel is worse than even a 100-yuan hostel in China. You're being ripped off!

This is the only hotel in TEDA Industrial Park. I stayed there for a month. The breakfast and dinner were OK. The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a swimming pool and a shuttle bus to the beach. It's a resort hotel and there are many locals on weekends.
