One of the oldest town halls in Europe. Has rectangular shape and a 64 meters tower. Nice meeting rooms. Always crowded. It is worth a visit.

Nice ancient building in the middle of the old town. During weekends there is a nice souvenir market in the square just next to it. Maybe not worth paying for going in the tower. Go to St Olaf church instead.

A great square to have a look and take some pictures. The restaurants I do recommend to find on nearby streets.

Beautiful building of the middle ages, the center of the old town. In front of him square with lots of cafes and shops

Stunning from the outside. Haven't had a chance to step indoors yet! Love the market which is held in the town square during Christmas time and summer. Always feel a little bit of magic here in Old Town Tallinn.

A beautiful city. So many little side streets and hills to climb! Just be aware of the pick pockets!

In the 17th century became the new Tallinn City Hall, with the late-Renaissance spire. 1650- 1652 was characteristically a Baroque town hall

Tallinn has to be seen to be believed. It has to be the most beautiful medieval town we have visited. We are definitely returning soon.

After a walking tour of old town Tallinn, we had time to ourselves. We chose to sit outside at a cafe across from the Tallinn Town Hall. It's an ideal observation point to watch people and the flow of life in this beautiful city. After refreshments, we walked and visited various shops, bookstores, curious, etc. - of which there are plenty. A satisfying day for an all too short visit to Tallinn.
