Ex communist party closed vacation base for the leaders of Estonian SSR. Nowadays old and rundown cheap vacation stay. Rooms are dirty and old. Ants run everywhere, water stinks, lot of things don’t work as they should, beds are awful, staff don’t care at all. Absolutely basic stay. Location is great. Beach is amazing.
Wonderful place and comfortable with kids. Although everything was fully booked still felt private enough even on terrace. Highly recommend. The main building is worth seeing as well, was build for the bosses during CCCR times and is totally different from usual hotels.
Beautyfull area but rooms need renovation !
So cool! Impressive villa of a former Soviet premier. Well kept and the beach next to it is amazing. Love the forest setting.
It is located in lush green forest and just opposite isolated and private beach. Pärnu is 15 minutes by cab (use Bolt - UBER doesn't work).
How do you even rate something like this? For Andropoff, 4 stars means something else than it would for a boutigue hotell in Pärnu centrum. I have stayed both in the rowhouses and the main building and the rooms are nothing special. However, the beach is right under your nose, you are surrounded by nature, get to experience a unique piece of history and even do a bit of urban exploration at the old...
