The rooms are polite and the service is good. Breakfast plentiful. The location is good, the children can be at the nearby playground or take a walk among the junipers. However, the TV in the rooms has only 2 channels (ETV and ETV2).

Good place for short stay. Bigger town near, local area is interested, with swimming places (if Aurelia Aurita) don't disturb. They may be present. The guest house should build something nice for their territory.

Went for a family vacation. Every stuff member where friendly and kids loved the icecream cocteil by the pool. Just recomend to the hotel ti get atleast some kids swimming safety stuff aswell. They only had swimming glasses. But few swimming rings or cuffs would be lovely to use not to buy another pair( many spas have them incase you forget them at home). Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and pool was better than expected. I generally seek out smaller boutique hotels when I travel. I must say the Ekesparre is one of my all-time favorites. The people working there could not have been nicer! I loved my room upstairs with great views over the castle grounds. Just a few minutes to walk to the center of town.

A guest house with a real "soul" that has everything! Everything you need for a pleasant vacation is available on site, very clean and comfortably furnished rooms, an extremely well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful garden, where you can also spend a pleasant day in the home office. Rather modest hotel, which would need some face lifting soon. It is ok if you do not expect too much. Spa is small where nothing is not fancy, but just a pool and simples saunas. The location is perfect. But sadly the hotel stopped on time and needs to be repaired according to the new tendencies. The hotel started its functions in 2002, and in 2007 they have expanded, but since that time, nothing really. It’s possible to see some accumulated dust on the dark/black walls, chandeliers. The SPA sauna has an unpleasant smell as well.

Overall good, but far from perfect. The breakfast is TERRIBLE. Everything is cold. I don't remember them offering coffee/tea either and there is no kettel in the rooms. Furthermore, the receptionist was really creeped out by me. I'm a young tan man so it's obviously weird I came to Kuressaare. But she kept looking at me everytime I passed her as if I was an elephant.

In case you just need to spend a night and are not too picky about stuff and are willing to queue a little for taking a shower and that kind of thing. Best part is the kitchen, so you can just go and make your own cup of coffee or keep your food in the fridge and warm it up in a microwave and maybe meet other guests whilst doing that. And they have a really nice cleaning lady!
