Stayed low season. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Lack of lift problematic with suitcases.

Stayed for just one night. The hotel has a good atmosphere and there are many guests. The environment is also very good. The decoration of the room is relatively old and there is a small terrace. Maybe it has been opened for a long time.

The apartment is quite ok but beds are small and dirty. Bedsheet and pillows are not clean. Good bathroom

Perfect resort for a family getaway. Young kids will love this place — snow play is everywhere, and there are gentle slopes ideal for beginners to sled. Rooms are smaller than usual, which is understandable for a resort focused on children’s activities. Overall, a fun and family-friendly stay.

Cozy hotel in the middle of the woods. Great place for viewing the northern lights if the skies are clear. The hotel staff even arranges for warm beverages and midnight snacks. We got to see them for both the nights that we stayed here! The experience was surreal and out of this world!!

It is a place close to the ski resort and a romantic place for couples. The view from the top of the mountain is beautiful. The accommodation is clean and warm.

Amazing hotel in Lappland. Great service, all the activities like husky and reindeer sleighing, aurora hunting or snowmobile tour were perfectly organized and a once in a lifetime experience. I booked the East Glass Igloo. There were over 50 ants in the room. I tolerated it for about 3 hours, but couldn't take it anymore and reported it to the front desk. I was upgraded to the West Kelo Igloo. Both the East and West igloos have front desks, but the East one is within walking distance from the bus stop. The are no activities there. The price and the experience are not worth it

All are good or excellent except the food served. Can understand for breakfast is very standard but the dinners provided have to hv more choices. At least change the menu. Same menu for two out of three days!

We stayed for 5 nights and same breakfast menu was served for all the days. There should be some variations. At the time of checkout, water bottles should be given as complimentary.

Beautiful trails around the hotel that are easy to navigate. We stayed in an aurora cabin and were lucky enough to get engaged under the northern lights in early September!

Overall nice stay! Buffet was delicious and probably the best buffet I have ever had. Rooms were very nice, especially if you’re lucky enough to have a sauna in your cabin. $40 credit for VIP membership didn’t do much. It was for public sauna or snow shoe rental only.

The best of the best. We booked a Transfer from the airport. And what you know?! The owner of the Resort himself came to take us. This tells me how much he cares for the comfortablness of his guests. The staff are all very helpfull and so friendly. You would feel like a moviestar spending a little time here. We enjoyed the openair warmtub as well as the indoor sauna! Hope to come here soon👍👍👍👍

Everything - beautiful little cabin, great location, staff were amazing (Juuso was our main man start to finish and he was superb, so helpful and friendly, recommending things to do and restaurants, driving us about and sorting stuff out for us). The Location of the Apartments is truly wonderful within a snowy forest. Breakfast is a few km away in the Shopping Center - No Problem If you have a Car as you can start your acitvities directly after breakfast from there. The B&B is very good and the environment is very good, but the check-in and breakfast are not in the same place. I have to drive to the supermarket to get it separately. I am a little helpless, but I called for information and they explained enthusiastically. The breakfast is also very good!

The only inconvenience was that we couldn't drive directly to our room; all cars had to be parked in a central lot. The room is very nice and they have tour operated by hotel is also nice but we are unlucky to see the aurora, just see weather before you join the tour. The room was lovely design however there hasn't floor heater. At first staff told me they wont charge on pet fee. After I check in they said they have to charge for pet fee 30 Euro! It is quite upset but i dont ruin the day. But the food was really nice I was love the line of buffet.
