Here’s what happened: I didn’t like that the hotel avoids issuing invoices. When booking the room, I didn’t indicate that I would need one, but upon arrival I clearly stated at check-in that I wanted an invoice. Since there were other guests waiting behind me, the receptionist wrote down the hotel’s email address on a note (the same one with breakfast information) and asked me to send the company details by email. Later that evening, I sent the details to the provided address, but I still haven’t received the invoice. Very disappointing :(
