Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa in Turku

The hotel exceeded expectations in many ways. The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable – it was easy to relax there after a long day. The service was friendly and efficient from start to finish, which made the stay particularly pleasant.

The location works perfectly if you're traveling by car and need a good place to stay overnight – getting around was easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was varied and high-quality, providing a great start to the day.

Overall, a very positive experience. I can warmly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. The room was suoer clean and modern. Only thing I would change was the pillows but I am a fussy sleeper so.. The location was perfect for me for visiting a relative in TYKS; 5mins walk across the road. The bistro within the hotel was top class-food was amazing quality and the staff again very lovely.
It was easy walk to city centre, took me anout 20mins on snowy well kept pathways. The corner shop opposite (K market) was also good to have nearby. Will definetly return!

Very good and pleasant experience. Our dog was welcome and he got a nice little present from the hotel, own bed to sleep, watercup, and was able to be with us at hotel breakfast. Room felt quite luxury. Bathroom excellent. Not so many stars because of the location, which was in the middle of industrial part of central, but it's just because we would have liked the hotel to be closer to suburbs. But if you don't mind it, then it's in the middle of everything.

Location next to train station was perfect for me. Room was quiet and comfortable. Good sleep.

Located nicely next to a railway station and university buildings. Spaciuos good quality rooms. Friendly service.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The room, bathroom and hallway were very clean. There was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to use. There is also a fridge plus things needed for a quick coffee or tea and maybe hot chocolate. The hotel is right out of the tran station which is very convenient for people coming to the city by train. Lovely ambiance and view from my room. The room was warm enough. Breakfast was included and had all the classes of food and every option you could think of. There is a gym and sauna free to use and the staff? Very polite.

We went to turku because our friend is getting married. We’ve stayed in Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa from 15.8 to 17.8.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Its near the center. Hopefully they would gave us a room next time with bathtub coz my son really enjoy playing in the bathtub.

Food has wide selection too. I ordered from room service around 9:30pm and it was Chef Dan who made our pizza. It was sooo good!! Also special thanks to alekzandra who delivered my food she was so nice coz i couldn’t go to the restaurant because my son is already sleeping.

Breakfast buffet was nice too! They have huge selection. Breads - salads - etc. It was a lovely set up. The only thing that me & my husband didn’t like is the overcooked scramble eggs 😞😞 from our first day to second day eating at the breakfast buffet they have served overcooked scramble eggs 🥺

We will definitely be back! Hopefully the scramble eggs would be better in the future.

Hotel at the railway station of Kupittaa. Great location if you travel by public transportation and fairly close to Turku Center. Nice hotel and friendly staff

It was incredibly comfortable and wonderful; even as a Japanese person, I felt completely at ease during my stay! Thank you so much for the three days.
