Excellent Stay at Helmi Hotel Turku
The Helmi Hotel in Turku offers an outstanding combination of convenience and comfort. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the bus station, making arrivals and departures seamless. For travelers, getting to and from the airport is easy, with the bus journey taking roughly 20 minutes. Furthermore, the city center is just a pleasant 5 to 10-minute walk away.
We were highly impressed by the staff's exceptional friendliness. They were kind enough to prepare a breakfast-to-go for us on the morning of our early departure, as we had to leave before the standard 7 AM start time—a lovely gesture that made a big difference. They also offer complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day.
Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet, despite the hotel's proximity to the busy bus station. A small detail that added a lot of comfort was the heated bathroom floor, which was a fantastic touch. Highly recommended!

A good hotel especially for those in transit. Located near the city's central bus station, it has easy connections to the airport, other cities, or the rest of Turku. The area is not very touristy, but it is easy to reach the tourist attractions by bus or even on foot. I stayed there twice, once in a double room, once in a single room. Both rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were also very clean, with underfloor heating. In both rooms there was a small fridge and TV (useless channels, luckily it had YouTube, I listened to music; anyway, it's not important to me). The temperature in the room does not rise above 22 degrees (OK for me) although the thermostat accepts 23.5. Very good Wi-Fi. Breakfast, included in the price, good and diverse. I didn't like that they don't have a 24-hour reception. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, you have to pick up the key at a gas station across the street, about 250m away. Not a pleasant thing when it's raining and cold.

Small, quiet, clean hotel in a very convenient location next to the bus station and maybe 5 minutes from the city center. You can easily get from there wherever you want, so it was perfect for my hiking trips. Extremely nice receptionists. And terrific breakfasts!

Simple but comfortable hotel in a strategic location (in front of bus station and close to city centre). Excellent breakfast in the café next door.

Booked a room for 3 adults. Located on top floor. Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet.
Good location, right in front of bus station and 10min walk from main square. Train station is only at 14min.
Breakfast included in the room price. Good selection too with cereals, breads, croissant, eggs and bacon, yogurt and fruits, porridge and coffee/tea.
Great price quality ratio and friendly reception.

Location is just spot on if you’re taking a bus as it’s right by the bus station. And then everything in Turku is at walking distance.
Very friendly staff. Breakfast is ok, but even if the restaurant area looks nice it’s a bit small to handle all the guests so if you’re unlucky you might have to wait to get a table to get breakfast... They do have excellent breakfast hours on weekends though (until 12).
Single room was quite big, but the towels might need a refresh.
No 24h reception but as long as you have your key, I had no problems getting in late at night.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the centre of Turku or very close to the bus station if you prefer to ride. Reception staff are courteous and helpful. Everywhere is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is fine. Wi-fi works.

elevator was not very safe due to shaking.

we were there for 5 days but towels were not be replaced in whole our stay which I didn't like it.

City hotel at the Center of Turku, near Bus and train Station. 7 Min to the Cathedral and lively Riverside. Practical, quiete, but not the newest hotel. Very friendly receptionist. Ideal for 1-2 Days.
