Inconfort totale!
Confort catastrophique, en demandant au gerant que les lits sont pas confortable et au lieu de m'ecouter, il coupe ma discution avec "ce n'est pas possible car c est de la literie a plus de 2500euros", je ne vois pas le rapport avec ma plainte, des poils et cheveux les draps( photos a l'appuie ), responsable trop autin, en tout cas plus jamais Kyriad.

This hotel has many issues. My group had about 20 rooms. Most rooms had some level of fowl smell and mine had a persistent sewage smell coming from the shower. It was nauseating. One of the rooms was incredibly hot. They said they didn’t have a fan and windows should be opened. There are no screens and flying insects were entering the room. Then we were told to just open the doors. Who sleeps in a hotel with an open door? The man at the front desk was, hands down, the most unpleasant person I’ve encountered in years. He ignored me when I stood there waiting for assistance, wouldn’t serve me 35 minutes before the posted closing time, and when we asked about the advertised amenities (laundry and air conditioning) we were just told no. Everything was just no. The ceiling tiles by the doors are cardboard with metal grates glued to them that feel off. Students in rooms infested with ants were refused new bedding. Don’t host groups if you don’t want to host groups. The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright hostile. Blasting music at reception when rooms are so close isn’t ok. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was fine.

Room was teeny. Very noisy. Carpet dirty. Food was not good. Parking was good. But very long walk from anything.
