Very comfortable stopover with an excellent welcome.

The staff was excellent. The room, especially the Bathroom was dirty and run-down.

Everything was fine, but I recommend paying attention to the door in your room. They do not close properly by themselves, you have to push them to close properly.

The rooms are too small. The view of the road and the green fields beyond are actually pleasant. The reception staff and restaurant are wonderful. Breakfast was nice and varied. Nothing in the room It had nothing, no amenities in the room, no cup, no glasses, no paper cup, no kettle..etc Tried to ask the receptionist for a cup, she said “you can go to the restaurant to take a glass to room if you want!!!!” - what a “amazing” service!

Stayed three night ,room very clean and even had a balcony.Breakfast had a good choice and we had dinner twice . Pool was very clean , we had no complaints. Everyone we talked to was very nice. Very good value for the money.

The room was very small, and the entrance to the shower narrow. Also, the door to my room did not close by itself. And one of the sliding windows on the porch did not lock.

Staff were polite , location excellent. Sadly the shower was extremely dangerous very slippery and difficult to get out of due to slippery surface also maybe a small issue to many but Television never worked despite mentioning it several times staff they weren't interested or bothered . Staff also had no idea about available parking in the area which wasn’t particularly easy to navigate on a motorcycle

We loved our week in this family owned hotel. It was very french, and extremely clean. The owners were very pleasant. It was in a lovely area of Frejus.

A cosy hotel just two steps away from Port Frejus and the sea.

Lovely place, parking on site and nice staff. The only small issue we had was that the sliding door to our bathroom was sticking so you couldn't close it very easily. We told the staff so hopefully it is fixed for the next people who use that room.

Convenient location on the fringe of Old Frejus. Everything was clean and organized. Quaint room as expected with old boutique hotel. Amazing pool. The restaurant was tremendous, the food outstanding and desserts unbelievable. Not sure when we might get back to Frejus, but we would stay at Hotel L’Arena again!

No coffee machine inside the room need to ask for water all the time .

Very nice Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, very clean but bear in mind that the hotel restaurant, and most others in the town, are closed on a Sunday and Monday. From the reviews, we had intended eating at the restaurant but as it was a Sunday..... However, the hotel immediately booked us a table at the only restaurant in teh town that does open on a Sunday.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and it is worth dining at the restaurant for at least one night. The room was large, as we spent a bit more due to availability but it was worth it. If you have a car, parking is away from the hotel but not too far and you have to pay for it. The town is worth exploring, alongside its Roman history and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from...

Fantastic stay. Lovely hotel and very comfortable. Only downside is you have to pay for parking-€9 a day. But it is secure parking.

Great family room, but limited parking space The family room was very simple, but exactly what we needed. Space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, air conditioning was a life saver, clean, a large screen TV, plenty of plugs, fantastic mattress, very quite, 5 minutes ride to Frejus beach or Saint Raphael. The only big issue was the parking. Too small with limited space... The overflow parking was also full...

Make sure you have a booking number! Arrived after 9pm and took an hour to gain entry as we weren't given a booking number and couldn't get in touch. Eventually got in. Hotel is clean but basic.

The front desk clerk was quite helpful, particularly when we were having a problem getting a taxi.

Calm little hotel with very nice staff.

This is better described as a motel, rather then a hotel. It has a breakfast room but that's it as far as communal areas is concerned. The rooms are clean and well decorated but the corridor areas are shabby and in need of decoration. The corridors are open-plan style with no glass windows so open to the wind and rain. Staff are helpful and courteous and parking is a plus point. Overall a good option...

Good location, close to port and beach within walking distance. Parking can be tricky and should be confirmed in advance. Some rooms have a jacuzzi option which is a nice touch if you don't already have one at home. Full air con, room safe, fridge and TV. Shower, sink and full length mirror.

The hotel is very well located near the port of Frejus and Saint Raphael. It has free private parking, always appreciable. The rooms are very nice, well appointed with all the comforts and they are clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is new and very well located in the city center 200 meters from the sea, shops and restaurants and also close to the beautiful port of Saint Raphael. It was a unique experience to stay and wake up in the winery’s . The property is beautiful and quiet. It has a inside and outside restaurant with the delicious food and it’s own wine! I had an outstanding view from my patio, had the best breakfast . I felt I’m the only one at the hotel because there are not many rooms there ))

The price is very reasonable. It is right next to the highway, very convenient and not too noisy. The parking lot at the entrance is large and free, and it is also very convenient. It is a good choice to stay in the middle of the journey. 👍🏻

A quiet guest room where you are taken care of, a very generous French breakfast with a decor that transports you to Marrakech. I highly recommend this Havre de paix.

The location is ideal, the sea, the port, bars and restaurants are 15min walk away and a shopping center for shopping 5min walk away. Our room had this back view of a sort of industrial sheds and parking lots, the position is good because just a few steps away, the port is there, yachts, beaches and restaurants. This is a good, basic and clean hotel. Near to a good beach and a 30 minutes stroll from the centre of St Raphael. I have one criticism and it is the hotel has WiFi in the bar and reception. The WiFi is woeful, so make sure you have plenty of data on a contract. WiFi is a 21st century necessity and the hotel needs to invest. Would have been a 5 star rating had WiFi been available

It was clean with air con an en suite a pool and outdoor as well as indoor space. The breakfast was quite varied for France with cereal and fruit and a toaster as well as the usual continental selection.

Spent 3 nights at Blue Sun. The welcome from Brigitte and Jean-Louis is exceptional and the breakfast excellent. The cupcakes and homemade jams made by Brigitte are a treat. The house is located in a quiet area close to the beaches. Everything to ensure a very good stay by the sea.

We feel welcome when we arrive.Nice and clean rooms. Rustic and cool details in rooms. Only BUT is the breakfast is too expensive - the committee is too small.

Overall the property was fine - but it is really showing its age. Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful. A 10-15 minute drive to the beach.

Quiet and peaceful place with beautiful grounds and a great pool. The apart-hotel has everything you need: good linens, hairdryer, shower gel. The building and appliances are a bit dated, but it doesn’t affect the stay. The only downside is smoking allowed on balconies, so if you don’t smoke, you might be bothered by neighbors’ smoke. Breakfast is available, but we didn’t try it.

Awesome place to stay at with a pool that’s open from 10am-6pm. The free parking is super convenient and the staff was helpful in extending my stay in the same apartment after I changed my mind and provided me with additional amenities when requested. Only issues were which that the lock for the toilet doesn’t work and the toilet is very cramped up. Definitely recommend this aparthotel!

The room was big, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom, free parking, kitchen with dishwasher, we were just passing through and stayed for one night, it was very nice. Beautiful gardens and a swimming pool.

In terms of value for money, it's perfect. The night was a little noisy, but otherwise, it was great!

Difficult to find at first, dated site needs some refurb. Pool closed for the week when we arrived and not told in advance. Caravan was adequate. Car is a must in the middle of nowhere.

Great caravan park with some good swimming pools for the kids. Slides are closed at lunch time and it rubs me up thrusting way to require a pass just to visit the shop! Best to buy a Wi-Fi ticket at the start of the holiday to avoid those roaming charges. Excellent base for visiting any of the local coastal attractions. Head inland if you have a hire car to visit les gorges du verdon for a mini version...

Campsite near tourist areas but far enough for the area to be pleasant. Good quality mobile homes. Good facilities on site.
