Hotel de la mer – Restaurant Tom Cariano in Hyeres

I'm rating the restaurant I didn't stay at the hotel. I was a guest at a wedding, they were serving the plates and I asked for the vegetarian option, they brought me a plate of instantaneous rice without any seasoning with 2 asparagus and some zucchini, my first thought wow they didn't have a vegetarian option and they improvised that was until they brought risotto to someone else in my table so we asked to waiter what the vegetarian option was and they said risotto we showed the barely eatable rice (which I had left fully I only ate the vegetables) they had served me, the lady took the plate back to the kitchen and then she came back apologizing saying there had been a Mistake in the kitchen and asked me if I wanted a new dish I had already eaten the appetizers and the vegetables so I wasn't hungry enough for a whole plate she just apologized and that was it.

I'm sure they charged the bride and groom fully for that plate (maybe 40-50-60euros I don't know) I also don't know to how many people they did this to but it's so unprofessional and not worthy of a hotel of this category
