Realy grateful for the staff for changing our room from the ground floor to the first floor. The water activities that were possible there were very fun and good. The beach was very close as well.

The hotel is more suited towards pensioners.

We, a couple aged 27, stayed one night and found the hotel sufficient for our basic needs. Clean, quiet and nice rooms. Breakfast was all right, though nothing special. Yes, there were many elderly guests- but we took this as a sign of comfort-standards 😉 ps. expect cues at the elevators 😂

Well located hotel just in the outskirts of the old city center (10min walk). Reception and breakfast area felt fresh, modern and welcoming. Most other parts of the hotel such as the doorways/corridors and pool area needs refurbishment. This hotel is in a great location , the beach is right out back the staff is great and very welcoming and friendly, the room is clean and comfortable! I like this hotel and think it could be a really gem but the exterior of the building really needs some attention like a new color and paint , the grounds definitely need improvement too !

Comfortable simple rooms, friendly team, good breakfast, access to the beach and the pool, good efforts on sustainability aspects (EV charger, water fountain, food sourcing...). Loved it off season, although I wish it was more accessible by public transport, only one bus every hour in October.

Location is fantastic! The hotel is right on the beach. No pool but you don’t need one. Some rooms were renovated so they are great. I grew up coming to Hyères and know the area well. Looking out at the Mediterranean from my room is a perfect way to enjoy a laid back day. Traveling at the end of September made the experience so much more intimate than over tourism

This design Hotel is positioned on the beach (with direct access) in Hyeres, near the port. Our rooms were located on the first floor with extraordinary sunset view. The reception, breakfast and bar area is quite nicely decorated with a twist of Design and Mediterranean atmosphere. Very nice family type service and presence.

Generally good, close to the train station which fit our travel. But the walk from main road is not very convenient for guests not driving and not well indicated. The pool wasn't ready and heated for our stay although its said to be opened for us. Breakfast was really good!

Excellent service and comfort for a very reasonable price. Second time at the hotel, and its has been second time most enjoyable experience. The staff is helpful, polite, and very kind. We went to their Barbecue and a cafe du soleil further down. It was just amazing. Great food and nice team. peaceful with variety of activities to enjoy from petanque, swimming, tennis or just enjoying the lifestyle of provence. Hidden place of the island!

If it were not for a couple of outstanding occasions I would have rated the hotel a 2 as well they could have been a 4. The hotel has an amazing view that cannot be beat. What an adventure! Very friendly staff. I arrived the day after my reservation date, at 6:00 am. They still honored my reservation. I did have a good reason for the lateness. We were rerouted from Toulon to Montpellier because of the storm (always check weather!) and then back to Toulon in an 3 hours bus trip. Once back to the empty Toulon airport around 3 Am there were no shuttle, taxi or Uber. Walked...

Good stay. We did not use the pool but it is a big plus. The room was large and clean. The hotel hall is nice! The only complaint is about the position that is next to a highway or sort of and it is not particularly nice/safe to cross it by night as the area around towards the city center is not well enlighted and very few people by night.

The property is convenient for the town centre, the rooms are good, not much information given on arrival. Right next to a busy road, but this didn’t bother me too much

The hitel is on the upper floors of a ****** with a surrounding park. So it is quiet. The rooms are nice and have what uou need, except a fridge.. A spacious balcony is an extra plus. However, on the minus side, they charge a hefty refundable ”guarantee”, 50 euro per person and night, even if the room is pre-paid

Staff were very helpful and friendly, much appreciated. My room was small and needed manipulation to enter and leave. Everything worked well, especially the shower. Breakfast was will prepared and the containers were kept well stocked, an added plus. The location of the breakfast room madfe it a relaxing place to eat.

We had a lovely stay, three adults in a room, all beds were comfortable and room extra clean and good size. Staff very friendly and helpful suggested a great restaurant for our night in town. Free parking around and plenty of shops. Breakfast adequate being included in the room pricing.

Nice place to go with kids between 3 and 10. They have many activities (aquagym, stretching/yoga, walks/running) and clubs for kids. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was enough to fill us. Not much to complain about the accommodation at this hotel for a couple of nights: The rooms are tidy and functional, since they re not meant for long staying you won’t find large shelves or wardrobes to store clothes and shoes , but there are plenty amenities that make it up for that; starting for the open kitchen grill where’s possible to order room service , to the cute little veranda with swimming...

A place of tranquility where you are at ease in a beautiful garden, nice pool to cool down. Franck and Colette are welcoming and always helpful, but mostly make you feel at home. We have an electric car. There is a slow charger in the parking for emergency, and a good, cheap, charger of 22KW about 200 meters away.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay - Franck is an absolute character and his presence definitely enhances the feel of the nice French feeling accommodation , a 25 euro taxi ride to the port but walkable into town. I would stay there again , also pool was nice place to cool down.

We were here for 2 nights but I think it is satisfactory hotel. Clean rooms, for spending night and short relax after beach or swimming pool it is good. Of course, there is older facilities. No receptionist was able to speak English. The room had nearly no toilet (just a really small WC room). Full of elderly and retired people. Very bad wifi connection. The breakfast was quite bad. Big choice of bad food

Cute little place. Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Free parking. We parked our car and didn't touch it for 4 days. The bus stopped almost in front of hotel. We used it both way to go to downtown Hyères and Porquerolles. The bus took us straight to ferry. It s a very small place so , no elevator for my mom to go upstairs.

This hotel punches above it's 2 Star rating, recently renovated, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms modern and clean. The Swedish family that own the hotel are friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Just a fantastically l;ocated small hotel that hosted us during our annual visit to a friend who lives in nearby Carqueiranne. All was perfectly to our taste - including the sustainability focus. Rooms were small but with a genuine sea view and there is an excellent small beach nearby. Breakfast was not included in our deal but was reasonably priced - and delicious. Room too small and loud (street), overpriced Okay, I don't need a big room, but this one was way too small for 2 normal sized people. We were really disappointed given the reviews we read before. You could not even place ONE small carry-on on the floor. Our room had a balcony and there was a very busy street. We had to close the windows and blinds and place ear plugs to sleep. Stayed here 1 night as we made our way along the Coast. Pro's: 1) AC worked well and had no probelem cooling the room as it was very hot outside. 2) Breakfast was good for the price 3) Location is good for visiting the beach or Giens 4) Parking available Cons: 1) Nothing decent to eat within walking distance that I could find. 2) Weird smell emanating from the bathroom. An establishment lost in time, but a decent meal at a decent price in a pleasant garden setting with a mosquito problem in the summer.

Host was very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean, spacious and with enough furniture (room). It is close to the harbor, which has supermarket and a lot of restaurants. Bus stop is close by and is serviced regularly even on holidays (except late in the evening) and goes to the Porquerolles ferry and Hyeres train station. There are some beaches few minutes from the accommodation.
