However no repayment was made. I have sent them 4 – 5 emails to remind and claim the repayment. They haven't respond to my emails at all. I have also called the 4 -5 times and they have acknowledged that I have made a cancellation and that repayment shall be carried out. However for three last telephone calls they have claimed that the repayment will be carried out “next week” but “next week” have passed several times without any repayment. This story has been going on for four months (January – May) now.
I have now filed a police report. Maybe things will happen… Meanwhile I want to warn any potential guest to their hotel that you may end up in a similar situation like mine and be cheated by the hotel.
Very good location. Even if all the rooms do not seem to have been renovated yet (which seemed to be the case with ours), we sleep very well there.
