Super and very clean hotel with 10 min walking distance from the beach. Spacious rooms and beautifully decorated. You can feel that Isabel and Jean Christophe put their hearts into it! Highly recommended!🤩 we would love to come back another time!

Perfect place for a relaxing break…. The ambience is peaceful and inviting. Family run, Jean Christoph and Isobel were perfect hosts and spent time getting to know us and making us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily and great air con. Excellent continental breakfast, and ‘honesty facilitates’ for cold drinks. Would definitely go again. Jim&Kim NI

Just returned from Juan les pins where we stayed in this excellent B&B. Owned and managed by Isabella and Jean Christophe. They are fantastic hosts. They are so helpful and friendly. We feel they are our new friends. Situated in a quiet residential area the train station in a five minute walk away. From here there are easy connections to Monte Carlo,Cannes and Nice. The town centre is a ten walk where you’ll find plenty bars and restaurants. Continental breakfast was plentiful with endless supplies of tea and coffee. The room was spacious and has its own balcony. It was serviced everyday while we were at breakfast. This is a great place to stay with the best hosts you could hope for. A bientot, Isabella and JC. Jim and Kim, Northern Ireland.

We had a wonderful business stay at the Hotel Astor and are more than satisfied: Starting with the easy late check in and the warm welcome, breakfast in the room, a charming owner and last but not least the clean, beautifully furnished rooms and the overall ambience. We can highly recommend it and would love to come back!

We booked a terrace room for three nights. When we arrived in the afternoon, the office was closed (only open in the morning) and check-in instructions were clipped to a board at the front door. Our room was two floors below the main floor and we found no elevator. The room was at the end of a narrow hall. It had an outside door to a narrow terrace that had been excavated many feet below grade. I would say the room barely met the definition of a daylight basement. The room was very clean but clearly a one star room. We left the room to find some lunch. The hotel is in the midst of a residential neighborhood with no other commercial services visible anywhere. There was no person on-site that we could ask for directions. We walked toward Antibes. We learned that was a mistake. It was a 20 minute walk before we found anything. Since we were travelling for pleasure, we decided this facility was not for us. If our objective was the Juan Les Pin beach, a value room and knew to avoid the basement location, Hotel Astor would have been a good choice. We talked to the owner as we left to move to a new hotel. He was incredulous that we would be leaving and fiercely defended his hotel and the accuracy of their description. I requested a partial refund. I was refused, which was his right under the terms of the listing. Still, we left as dissatisfied guests and a gracious host would have made some attempt to mitigate the situation. It's clear that many guests were happy with the hotel. They must have been looking for value and a place near the beach and did not stay in a basement room. In fairness, we paid nearly 200 euros per night and found a beautiful hotel in Antibes for just slightly more.

The hotel is in a very convenient location: close to the train station (at night you can't hear any train noise at all), a 10-minute walk from the center of Juan les Pins and a 20-minute walk from the center of Antibes. The owners are very kind. The car park is not far from the hotel entrance. There are few rooms and therefore the hotel is very quiet. The interior of the rooms is very welcoming and everything is very clean. In our room we had a balcony, where we had breakfast on the last day: absolutely recommended for what is offered (yogurt, croissants, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, tea or coffee). Breakfast must be requested the day before. Perhaps the only flaw is that in the bathroom there is a bathtub (with curtain) and not a shower, but nothing serious! :) I will choose this property again if I return to Juan les Pins. A vending machine for hot drinks and soft drinks is also available (for a fee) on the reception floor. Upon request, a small kitchen is available in the room with the necessary appliances to prepare light lunches.

My fiancee and I had a very long day of driving and sightseeing. The hotel we originally booked in Cannes had closed for the night and we had to find an alternative solution. That led us to this beautiful and charming hotel. We booked very last minute online. We arrived at about 10pm tired and exhausted. We were greeted by the friendliest gentleman. Even though we booked late he was ready for us. Everything went so smooth and when we arrived at our room we were blown away with how spacious and super clean it was. A huge relief given the pandemic. We couldn't have been happier with our decision.. The next morning we learned it was the owner, Jean-Christophe that checked us in and met his lovely wife Isabelle. That morning he also helped us with plans for our next travel destination. So grateful. From, The Canadians! Namaste :)

Very cosy hotel. Walking distance down to the beach in Juan Les Pins. Its perfect to have your own kitchen. The room we stayed in had a balcony.

Nice place to stay for both Juan Les Pins and Antibes. Comfortable stay. Clean room, kitchen, bathroom. A few missing items in the studio but that does not bother. Close to shops. Free car parking and a/c available. We were not bothered by that but traffic/train noise may disturb if you are a very light sleeper or would like to sleep windows open.

Great place to stay in the heart of Antibes. Excellent facilities, comfortable beds and plenty to do. Parking is available, but there is plenty on street.
