Our room was not clean properly, toilet stains etc when we arrived. We enjoyed the sauna though and close amenities like Carrefour however.
Generally good place for short vacation or business trip. Poor breakfast. A lot place for parking. Highway for NCE is right behind.
The location is great, next to some restaurants and walking distance to the beach, just if you have a car, you will need time to find the parking space.
The structure is a bit of a labyrinth, it takes a bit of time to get used to it, otherwise everything is normal.
First, I'd like to say I was travelling with friends but couldn't get the same hotel. I was there for 10days. So, I was alone and first time booking an apt/hotel. the reviews worried me at first but once there all those concerns were gone. The front staff is exceptional (Virginie, Colleen, Sara and Clara all need the biggest shout out and 5 stars). they make you feel so welcome and they answered...
Small rooms, the location of the hotel is far from the city, far from the bus station (10 mins walking is the nearest bus station) The hotel has a good swimming pool, a small gym and sauna. The restaurant is not good, the breakfast options are very few and the service is not good

Great hotel & Super pool This is a great place to stay in Juan les Pins. The hotel is fabulous and the staff really nice & helpful. We also really liked the rooms. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at AC Hotel Ambassadeur Juan-les-Pins and had a truly excellent experience. The hotel combines modern design with comfort, offering spacious and well-appointed rooms that make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to start the day in the best way. The location is outstanding: just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and...
This has to be one of the best hotel I have stayed. The staff is amazing. The room is perfect.
I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel, everything was clean, comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the location is just perfect. A special thank you to Marat at the reception, he was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He made everything easy and pleasant from the moment I arrived. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place...

Property was very nice to stay in, quiet, kind staff, clean, easy to find, easy check in and out. Only issue was inconsistency with the WiFi with it often not working at all.
Very conveniently located facility, with absolutely stunning views of the harbor and square castle of Antibes. The rooms are basic, yet comfortably functional and the state of maintenance is good compared to various other facilities in the Antibes area. It also has facilities for laundry and a nice swimming pool (which I still need to use at a future visit).
Well located, good facilities, poor communication The property is well located with a bus stop right outside from where you can easily get around. It’s easy to access from the train station. The pools are lovely and the view from the rooftop pool is great. Views from the rooms is very dependent on what side of the building you are on and which end. A few rooms have sea views but not many. If you were...
Great hotel …when next doors building work is done Nice hotel with great roof top pool & terracing looking out over the harbour & old town. Beautiful small sandy beach was 20min walk away next to the old town. The hotel had an outdoor pool as well surrounded by trees & a small garden. I never booked breakfast during my stay my room had fridge microwave toaster kettle & electric hob, I also cleaned...
Great property with 2 swimming pools with amazing view over the port. 20 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes old town. Both pools great sizes and view from rooftop pool amazing. Great to have an apartment and a small supermarket and boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk. Only point if you are going to cook maybe bring drying up cloth and a small washing up liquid or you have to buy at the supermarket...
Love the location 5 mins walk to train station 15 mins walk to town. Loved the roof pool amazing views of the harbour always got a sunbed. Unfortunately building site next door so if u dont have a sea view room you will be facing a building site which theystarted work at 7am. Definitely cannot use your balcony as its to noisy and dusty.

This place was a huge disappointment and feels like a scam. Even though we booked a full package with full board, nearly everything costs extra. The restaurant clearly separates guests by offering two menus: one very limited and low quality for full-board guests, and another with better food that is not included. Avoid this place.
This is an amazing hotel really nice clean and very spacious rooms. Very accommodating. The staff were amazing some were better than others. The food was out of this world. Things I've not tried before and have come home with the intention of recreating some dishes. The over all cleanliness of the hotel was actually really good. The pool areas were exceptional salt water pools that were really weird...
Great hotel with spa access Ideal for a romantic getaway
The swimming pool is nice, you can use the sauna etc. But it is recommended to drive there by yourself The English at the front desk is average, but we can communicate normally Recommend to come and experience it if you are near Antibes in South France
Staff is welcoming. There are indoor and outdoor pools. Be careful when using the indoor pool and better not swimming there because you can be pushed away by the jacuzzi water flow and the pool wall is quite rough. Breakfast is with various choices and you can enjoy pool or sea view when eating breakfast.
Always well received. I have already been here several times.

We arrived at the hotel which on first impressions was lovely. The receptionist offered to guide us around the hotel which was fine until we got to our room. We were informed that the air conditioning system was not functioning! We were advised to leave the patio door open all night and also offered a desk top fan. Unfortunately this resulted in 3 terrible nights sleep. We both failed to get anything...
We booked 2 nights for an early birthday treat and what a treat it was . The hotel was not busy so they kindly upgraded us to a partial sea view room which was much appreciated. The staff are amazing and a credit to the hotel . The hotel is stunning and very true to its roots with the art decor era ,even the old style lift remains . Our only thought would be if they could add a few loungers...
Unique experience in a beautiful hotel with a storied heritage. It felt like we went back to a different era in the best way! Attention to detail was superb. Very kind staff that went out of their way to ensure we felt special, specially since we were on our honeymoon. Will definitely be returning.
This is a classic hotel in a great location. We had a wonderful stay here at the end of the season. Everything was perfect - from the room view, service and attentiveness, to the food. I was a bit worried because of some negative reviews (on this site). However, I think it is a matter of expectations. This is not a new building and has not be renovated. So it doesn’t have the latest and the greatest...
Stunning hotel with exceptional views and amazing staff!! Dream trip and can't wait to come back!
Wonderful hotel with so much character and charm. Loved the classic old-style bar with beautiful cocktails and a pianist playing classical music. A good small family hotel. No dinner but lots of restaurants nearby. Good small outdoor pool
For the price I was surprised at the room size and the lack of refills of items like water or coffee and not even milk pods
Staff & position great Comfortable room. Hotel in a great position. Walks to restaurants & beaches all in easy reach. Staff & service very good and staff very helpful. Extremely disappointing. The price is completely disproportionate to the room size. It was so small that two suitcases barely had room to lie down. The sea view room only offered a pitiful glimpse of the sea from the side. The rooftop wasn't a swimming pool; it was basically just a soaking tub. The only redeeming feature was the decent breakfast.
The staff was great.Restaurant and food acceptable. Hallways and rooms need improvement. More like a 3 star hotel. Not 4 .
Great location, very clean and the breakfast was great
Great spot - had water views from our balcony and enjoyed the live music since we’re there during the jazz festival. Walking distance to everything including lovely cafe’s and Michelin rated restaurants (highly recommend Les Pecheurs). The roof top pool, bar, restaurant was great. Also walked to the Port where we took kayaks out and chattered a private boat.
Great spot near the beach. Friendly and kind staff. Rooftop was amazing and a highlight for the best view!

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location - close to the train station, the beach, restaurants, everything!
The balcony looked over the street with a very partial view of the sea. The problem was the street was noisy all night until about 5 am. That is not the hotel's fault. You can get courtyard away from the street.
This is a great hotel within 2 min walking distance to the beach. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Fairly quiet but due to no carpets (normal in hot countries/areas)
Stayed here for festival de Cannes. Nice location and cute hotel. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Cute town.

Lovely hotel, quiet location although very close to heart of old town.. staff always make us feel we're returning home. Won't be the last time we visit.
Antibes is beautiful at any time of year. The spa reservation was for 50 minutes, which was perfect for winter. Excellent service.
This is by far my best stay in South of France. I picked a suite that is facing the ocean and I have to say that's the best upgrade choice I've made for myself. Pretty basic hotel, little amenities, small rooms and probably closer to a 3 star rating rather than 4 stars. Definitely not a luxury spa hotel that it is being marketed as. Good customer service and rooms were clean.
The location is perfect for Antibes I think; close to old town, short walk or taxi to the other side (Juan les Pins) and Eden Roc. The only thing is that you aren’t guaranteed a beach bed if you stay here, they seem to be booked out for days (or more) in advance and honestly, the staff at the beach club were all pretty rude/blase and didn’t care that we were staying at the hotel (almost like the two...

Good location, friendly staff. If only the bed could’ve been more comfortable, that would be great Edit: A welcome drink would be appreciates too. When we were arriving, there are many families waiting for their rooms, there was not enough waiting chair, although the staff was trying their best to check everyone in.
It was a good, kids friendly. The pool has a life guard all the time and you can borrow floaters for your kids. The breakfast was good, some variety! We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly.
Comfortable hotel but on outskirts of Antibes A ‘premier inn’ style hotel. Room was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool. Shame there was no balcony or windows to open. This hotel is on the outskirts of Antibes - too far to walk into the port/town. Great for the aquapark (but wouldn’t do it without an aqua pass in the summer!)
Pretty basic and the waterpark is a money grab. It was all right but that’s it. Room took some time to get ready so we went to the water park behind the hotel, later we found out we were supposed to get tickets there for staying at the hotel but they just never gave us any and when we asked they couldn’t really redeem the tickets we already got so just a loss for us. They’re supposed to give them out...
Good hotel, but we should have booked closer to the city center. Completely dependent on car
The room and bathroom were both spacious. The hotel has its own parking lot, offering free parking. Access to the building requires a card, ensuring security. The only downside was the noisy nighttime parties with foreigners, but this outweighed the positives.

Waiter (young short man) at the breakfast buffet was like the tray police, super rude with us tourist (Explorica Travel Group) about not having a tray when serving ourselves. At least I know French and could defend myself but not the others. Also it's hard to go up and down the stairs with luggage, they need a better entrance for travelers.
Excellent service by the reception employee samuel John . I was very impressed by his professionalism. He resolved all my issues starting from extra blanket and detailed instructions for all directions and ending but not limited to the cards I need to buy. It is so helpful taken hotel is not in downtown.I will definitely stay in this place again if standard of service is so high. Thank you.
Our two-day stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were truly fantastic and made sure we were never bored, while also taking care of all our wishes. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was good enough, beds are very comfortable, breakfast is good, but in peak times its a bit overloaded and you need to wait for refilling. This attitude highly raised my satisfaction...
The hotel’s location is very close to Antibes. After spending time in Nice, we reached it with a very short drive. With its clean scent, all the necessary amenities for a short stay, and a helpful reception, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I chose this hotel in Antibes. There is a double bed in the room. My kids like it very much. You can only drive to this hotel. The subway and bus are not convenient. The facilities are relatively clean.
Nice hotel with rooms that have a sea view. Decent breakfast, but most important...it has free parking!!
Located next to the highway at the junction of urban and rural areas. Suitable for self-driving tourists. Uber taxi to the seaside boardwalk costs 16 euros per 15 minutes. Booked for 2 nights last minute and it was an absolute steal! The room was spacious, and all the essential amenities were provided. After traveling through Europe for so many days, this was the first hotel I've stayed in with such excellent soundproofing. Even the standard rooms come with a balcony. Both receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly exceeded my expectations!
Clean and spacious room, very good service. The location is not the most central but within walking distance. A minor issue is that the sink stopper was stuck…
The hotel is acceptable, but we weren't really satisfied. First, the front desk made a mistake and assigned us a room that was already occupied. Plus, the sink stopper was stuck. 🫤 At least the staff were friendly 😊
very new. clean. comfortable and in quiet area, 10 mins walk to beach
The room was very clean, and the bespectacled young man at the front desk was especially kind; he upgraded me to a room with a balcony. The daily breakfast was rather average. However, the stay was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and bright. Although the sheets still had the red spots I'd seen before, I guess those are normal stains from repeated washing.
Excellent room, very helpful staff. For €14 a night, you can get covered parking, which is very convenient!

It is only about 200 to 300 meters to the hotel through a short road across the railway tracks. This was a nice hidden boutique find in a beautiful area of Antibes. The staff were lovely, the pool and breakfast area was 10/10. I thought the rooms could use an update, the aircon was stuck on 25.C and the showers could be nicer. Overall an enjoyable stay. Charming traditional hotel with beautiful pool and gardens. A very tranquil and peaceful place to spend a holiday. The complete opposite to many dull and soulless modern hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff.
