Hôtel Version Maquis Santa Manza in Bonifacio

After having problems with our previous stay and leaving early, we immediately booked a room at the Version Maquis Santa Manza and regretted not booking it sooner. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a view that only a few people will ever have, which was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was large with a great shower. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion from a wonderful local brand were provided. The towels were of decent quality and didn't get damaged like in most other places we've stayed. You'll find a Bluetooth speaker in your room and a beach bag. The hotel offers buggy rides to the next beach and can also pick you up. The infinity pool is great, and you'll be in the sun all day. Breakfast is really good, and the staff prepares fresh food for the buffet. We had dinner one evening, and it was delicious. The only issue is mosquitoes, so use mosquito repellent before dinner. The hotel even has two helipads if needed. The only thing that could be improved is the parking lot; it's quite steep and narrow for larger vehicles like vans. In any case, we'll definitely return to this hotel.

EXCELLENT, nestled in the bush, 15 minutes from Bonifacio, in an idyllic setting. We had a wonderful week with Sarah's smile, delicious food, and the presence of Marjorie and Amandine at reception. Thanks again for such a wonderful break, we'll be back.

A superb spot nestled in the maquis shrubland, a little slice of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed the communal breakfast, prepared entirely by Sarah. Many thanks also to Marjory and Armandine for their helpful advice and assistance at reception. An unforgettable stay, a true gem, we will be back. Don't miss: a magnificent beach just a 5-minute buggy ride from the hotel (transportation provided free of charge by the hotel).

A dream hotel! The staff is very welcoming. The hall is magnificent. The restaurant is excellent. I hope you have a pleasant stay there, as we did.

The gate closes and you are in a cocoon of nature, olives and maquis with views towards the coast. A charming welcome from Elena. Stylish rooms with private terraces landscaped in to the hillside. Lovely infinity pool and jacuzzi with views.
You need a car to arrive (and to explore the surrounds). The breakfast is good, but expensive at €30 per head.
Altogether a fine experience.

Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Our room, the pool and jacuzzi were fabulous with views across the maquis to the sea - sunrise from our room was spectacular! If you want peace and quiet this is the place but only 10 minutes in the car to Bonifacio. Superb breakfast as was dinner (ordered in advance). The trip to the beach in the hotel’s 4x4 buggy not to missed!

From the welcome to good by everything was brilliant. Elana and Rodigue were wonderful, professional, helpful, friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Outstanding property. Very tastefully decorated. Eco design of the building ensures a small footprint in the environment. Very professional staff. Room was spacious , comfortable and elegant .

Excellent location and hotel, all very well. The beaches near this area of Corsica are the best of the Island. Relaxing swimming pool in a beautiful surrounding of hills and sea in the distance.

We had a five star ++ experience here. The hotel is well thought out, the bed was comfortable, the room modern. Excellent breakfast options. Nothing beats the hospitality of the staff and the view of the wilderness from this top location though!
