Les Roches Blanches in Porto-Vecchio

We were never treated so poorly and disrespectfully. Here’s the exact facts of what happened, hoping to avoid as many people from a horrible experience. I checked in at 4pm and asked for my parents’ key as they would arrive late night but I was told that was not possible, that reception would wait for them until 10pm. I did not insist as they were arriving at 8pm. My father’s flight got delayed, we called at 9.30pm to the hotel know. We arrived 10.30pm and was told that this was disrespectful and that we had to pay €100. When we argued that it was unfair, we were asked to leave the hotel. After a 15 hs. flight from Argentina, my father (69 years old) had no where to sleep, but the hotel didn’t care as their policy says they don’t take reservations after 10. Apparently these people never had a flight delayed. We were escorted to the room to remove our stuff as if we were planning on stealing, even when my partner asked to close the room so he could get changed. It was an awful and frustrating experience.
