Enjoyed stay. Large clean room, friendly staff. The small heated swimming pool was a nice surprise. Spa was only let-down. Gym equipment only adequate really and bike did not work for me, fancied using jacuzzi and sauna but disappointed that each could only be used for a fee which felt too high. Gave them a miss.

Ladies in the reception were very helpful.
Hotel run by women, I was very impressed with their help. Nothing was too much trouble,
Restaurant ladies were always very polite and helpful.
Cleaning ladies also very attentive.

Nice hotel and pool. The rooms had pretty thin walls as we were able to hear the rooms next to/above us. The staff wasn't very helpful for us when trying to get help making a reservation in town because our phones didn't work. We were basically told 'no we don't do that' and turned away without further assistance. The rooms and facilities were nicely sized and clean! Location was good; close to the marina and to town.

Nicely located close to marina and 5 min drive to old town. However facilities are run-down. Room and pool area are in need of some upkeep and deep cleaning. Nice staff and good breakfast variety!

Solid place simply to sleep. Bed and room is nice. The receptionist can hardly welcome people with a smile. Check in time is really not convenient (only between 16:00 - 20:00) and luggage service is only from 16:00 onwards (the receptionist even wrongfully told us that we could store our luggage in the city center while the Tourism office told us there were none by law). I've known better places for the price. The cleaning lady was however the most charming and helpful person!

Comfortable hotel, but the reception was not great... the woman who greeted us was quickly irritated. Indeed, we had booked the room on a hotel listing site and it was indicated 2 beds. For his part, the person at the reception gave us a double bed room. She indicated that the error came from where I booked and not from her. I hear well and I accepted the double room with 1 bed, but it is also up to her to pass on the information to her partner to correct the error on the booking site... she was very cold from cut. I didn't like it.
That being said the room was fine with a terrace, parking and close to the center. The place is so good. But the reception I got was not the best ^^
